i resently got a new computer and installeed city of villains onto it....but now whenever i got to the logon screen my mosue disappers...does anyone know whats wrong and if so how can i fix it

well now i can see my mouse...but now everything is black and white vertical stripes....and half of my left screen got displaced and is now on the right side of my screen... does any one know what in the world is wrong with my computer/game..if so plz help thx
