Hi.
I saw this game in the shop and I think I`d like it, but first I need to ask a few questions...
1. Are there any free servers (as for WoW)??? I searched on the internet but I found nothing...
2. I`m from Europe... in case of no free servers, can I pay in EURO and how much will it be?
3. How do I connect? I found no guides on the web. Does the game have only one server?
I don`t want to buy this game if I won`t be able to play it, so please, can anybody help me? thx

Well now Mr. Sonic, im a Euro to, makes a change to see some more Euros.
1) No free servers, you have to pay to play. However we Euro's have 4 servers, unlike the Americans who have loads. We have Defiant (my home) and Union as English servers, Zunkuft in German and Viligance in French
2) You can pay in Euros if you get a Euro copy of the game, however im not sure of the exact prices myself since i pay in pound sterling.
3) You connect via your connection point :P Generally broadband is used, if your seriously even thinking of using dial up i'd suggest you buy a gun to shoot yourself with instead, at least that way the bordum of LONG loading times that i know only too well is gone.
Essemtially a good wireless broadband connection, or at least a broadband connection will do and so long as your pc can confirgure an internet connection you ought to be able to connect no problem.
In saying that though my auntie has a pretty darned good laptop but i cannot connect on hers, her net isnt great but its something else thats bugged really (it keeps saying that my username or password is invalid when i know its not, ive tried hundreds of times)
Anyway best thing to do is see if you can get yourself hold of a free trial when NC give out the promotional ones and see how much you like it and how well it works from that.
I shall now appologise, do not buy a gun, they are very bad, just wanted to clear up any false advertism...

Not much i can add at this point, although according to current prices, figuring i pay per month $16.23 the euro price would be around 11.08 (rounded) Euro, i think, but im not sure so dont take my word for it.
Also... I know what your talkin bout meister, i play on a Dial Up connection >/-\<

thx, I already downloaded free trial and I`m enjoying game on Freedom server. Trial for now, but I think that 13 Euro (I checked it) is still good enough to continue playing. Maybe next time we meet in the game. ;)

let me just say welcome to GameAmp Sonic :) its always good to see a fresh face. Although I have to tell you if you are playing on the Freedom server you are playing on the USA version of CoV. You may still have to purchase the Euro version of CoV to be able to pay in Euro's But I do have a toon on freedom maybe I will see ya around at least till your trial is over.
