Not really, you can make them yourself, or you can ask someone here.
My siggie is below my post, i do have more siggies, but they aren't for me but made for others.

I use photoshop 7....and yes I know....old version...but it definately still holds the power!

Excellent signatures Hat :D
A tip from me about making good signatures:
1. Use brushes...alot of brushes. Learn to fade/color and (amp up) brushes and you'll be a pro.
I still have yet to download any brushes to prove my point. But if you look at others people have posted. It really is about the brushes you download for photoshop.

Here is some of the ones I've made for various GameAmp members. I also use Paint Shop Pro, some made with 5 others with 10, and if animated, I used Animation Shop to do that part.
Acouple of them are avatars, I picked some of the ones I liked the best.

Here's an Emo signature of...yes me....
The picture is intended as a joke because...well...I'm not really emo. My sisters and I took several pictures of an emo stereotype and I'm going to photoshop them. Here's the first one on the lot :D

Ok, fine, I'll give you a challenge, something based off animated emo guys with their hands shaped like a gun and it saying *bang* idc about the colours.
