For some reason I can't log in to coh. Everything was great last night. I checked my network, my account. Is any other ppl having a hard time logging in?

Bug that hit a couple ppl today. Ex Libris responded to a few threads about it. No announcement on it being fixed, yet, though.

I would say " The game client was unable to connect to the login server. This may bedue to a local netwrok issue such as a firewall block, or may be because the login server is down for maintenance. Please check ur network setup of tr ther server stues page at cityof heroes website".

I just logged in COH and got in. I'm like 2 3/4bars to lv 42. I was hoping it was only a 24 hour thing or they fixed it.

Hmm.. I get that on occasion druing a log in, but usually after I dis-connect. Its something dealing with the program loosing its connection to the servers (I think). In most situations with me, I try after a few minutes, or reboot the game launcher and it works fine. On occasion when that doesn't work, I turn my DSL modem off, them back on, wait for it to connect, them try again. Its kinda tricky, but it usually functions just fine afterwards. Thought it may be some problem with my computer, since its an older modle and all, but you never know...

That error generally occurs when you lose you connection to the internet. Or in certain cases when your machine loses connection to the section of the internet that the login servers are on.
This happened globally to a bunch of people last week. It wasn't NCSoft and it wasn't the user. It was some ISP out in the middle.
