| Question on new dailies... |

According to the patch notes, there are supposedly new dailies available. The ones I'm interested in are the "Wanted" ones from Nether-Stalker Mah'duun in the Lower City/Shatrath.
The only one he makes available to me is the "Wanted: Sunseeker Channeler" for TK: Botanica. These dailies to be completed in dungeons is to be available to level 70's but this is the only one he gives me. Not that I really can complain. I need to grind rep for Sha'tar first. :-p
The only faction I am exalted with are the Scryers. Honor Hold and Sha'tar are revered. Cenarion Expedition, Kurenai, Consortium, and Lower City are honored. Is there a required rep level for these quests? If so, why can't I do the Shattered Hand Centurions, which is an Honor Hold one?
Bug? Glitch?

both of the instance dailys are randomly generated each day, theres 1 for normal instances at about 15g reward and a ethernium key. then the heroic at 24g and 2badges.

Also, if you happened to pick up one of the instance dailies and have it in your queue, it will not let you pick up an instance dailiy from the same contact until you have completed it or dropped it.
Generally, if The current Heroic daily isn't an instance I'm fond of I'll just not pick it up. But occasionally, I'll get one of the instance dailies and just not get it finished. So I'll usually drop it.
