I have made it to level 22 with my DB/energy Brute and iseem to like this build a lot.
Yet i have a few questions. I have looked on the form and havn't seen anything yet (if i missed it sorry).
Can anyone tell me what combs last attack do, ex. Weaken, by the numbers does it debuff them, lower their ACC or what.
Second. This is in reguard to the enchanment sets. Does the bonuses stack. Meaning if I have 2 sets of Luck of the gambler of 4 each (4th one gives +9% to acc for all powers) does that mean i have a +18% to acc?

Here is a Link to answer question number 1. About halfway down the page it talks about what each of the combos does.
As for your second question you are correct in assuming the 2 stack. You can have a maximum of 5 of each type of bonus. As an example you could have 5 sets that give 5% acc and 5 sets that give 10% acc for a total of 75% on your toon.
