Gameamp Nation Super Group

Calling all Villains Gameamp has launched a new SG on the Freedom Server. We are the "Gameamp Nation" and we want to recruit all of you :) So if you are interested in becoming part of the GN make a toon on Freedom and Send either Bishop or me a shout on the Gameamp Global Chat Channel. We do have a slight theme going but it is not a requirement to join. We are all spinoffs of state or country names I'm Roe Dieland(Rhode Island) and Bishop is State of Misery (Missouri). So if you looking for fun and the utmost Villainy come join our little gang.

Two signs of the apocalypse are upon us, and I come beariog a third...I am no longer pushing myself to the edge of my sanity in an attempt to unlock Khelds...now I play hard until I get travel powers, and then I continue however I am prodded to by my intuition.

Surely the apocalypse is nigh...

Edit: gonna make a second villain, something to do with PA, anyone wanna request a certain AT, and I'll check back before I log on tomorrow, otherwise it'll probably be a corr.

My advice would be to roll a Dominator. Not only are we lacking in Doms in the group, but they can be pretty fun to play, and certain Doms can do really well in PvP. My advice would be Ice/Thorns, the slows from Ice Control are really effective, and the Defense debuff from Thorns can really come in handy. You also get access to Aim, which can really be handy in PvP.

If you want a PvE Dom, though, I'd go Fire/Psy (late bloomer, but a god in PvE once it gets going), Ice/Energy, or Ice/Ice. /Energy and /Ice both have Power Boost, giving you incredible control abilities. /Energy is more single target oriented while /Ice has more AoE abilities.

Whatever you decide to do for Painsylvania (You're welcome for the name =D), I'll be glad to help you out with a build, anytime.

I would. Just made out an el/el brute named Manic 6 (inspired by Quebec's giant hydro-electric dam project at the river Manicouagan, Manic 1 to 5).

Gave me the chance to try out the full Enforcer costume ;-)

The easiest way to find any Ampers online is by joining the GameAmp.com global channel. And ask there if anybody from the Nation VG is on. Have a look at >>THIS GUIDE<< for instructions on how to join the gameamp channel.

Now I have to decide, do I play [Haye, Painsylvania(thx Warron)both in the Gameamp Nation, Dual Blade/WP Brute and Mind/psy dom respectively], Duos Blades(Dual Blades/Regen Scrapper), or Light Fang(NRG^2 blaster)...

Probably either Duos Blades or one of the two in the GN.

Edit: I've decided to take your advice Warron, I'm gonna reroll Painsylvania, what kind of Dom di you suggest?

okay guys now the big question is for our base do we want to go Arcane or tech. As soon as we hit the 1 mil mark I am going to start building us a base.

Magic bases for a Group not specifically Magic themed always clash, for me that is.
GAN doesn\'t strike me as ultra-high-tech / Science either. So probably Tech.

Or....

Tech salvage is much easier to come by through casual play. It'll be much quicker and easier to get the base up and running if you go with a tech theme. I'd say get the base started now, and get a salvage bin in there, so that when you really start building the base up, you have a good amount of salvage to work with.

This is probably something everyone\'s already putting into practice, but on the off chance...

On Defiant I was part of an SG/VG Coalition set with 2 Tech and 2 Magic themed bases. We\'d dump all the Magic salvage on the Magic toons and dedicated Magic salvage bin which would periodically be swapped for Tech salvage and vice versa. As it was all very friendly we never bothered with exact exchange-rates or anything.

So, it might be handy if there\'s another Group you can swap with like that.
