| What does "Chance for Build Up" do? |

|
With the Gaussian Sychronized Fire-Control IO (To Hit Buff), one of the IOs is "Chance for Build Up". If you are lucky enough to "roll" this "chance for build up", what exactly does it do for you? I mean you've already executed a BU or Aim or some other To hit Buff power. Seems almost redundant.
If you have it, is it worth getting for one of your To Hit Buff powers?

It can give you a second BU if you will. From what I understand, Claws can greatly benefit from it, by slotting it in Follow Up. :)

From what i've heard, if u slot this in tactics from the leadership set, u almost have a constant build up, i heard that on the Gameamp global channel tho, so it might not be credible :P jk lol

Wrong. But, slotting it on a +ToHit toggle (Focused Accuracy, Tactics) will give it a chance to proc every 10 seconds.
That means, 5% chance to give you a Build Up every 10 seconds. The only way to get perma-Build Up this way, is by having an extreme amount of luck, or spamming Follow Up while having Tactics and Focused Accuracy on with the procs in it.

But I have it on a character with tactics and the little icon for the chance for build up is on all the time in the upper right hand corner under your exp bar thingy. So even though the icon is up there all the time, its not always activating a build up?

Don't trust the icons. Most of them are currently bugged.

So if I slot it on Build Up (for example), there's a 5% chance that I'll double my Damage+ and Accuracy+ buffs that I'm already getting from my BU?
