To do Strike Forces you have to have a party of four or more, i dont know which strike force contact your asking for so i'll list the ones i know of
Virgil Tarikoss-Cap Au Diable
Go towards the hils toward the PTS station except fly through the rocks that look like horns, look for him standing next to a CoT portal
Silver Mantis-Supergroup Base
Started from SG's computer
Operative Renault-Shark Head Isle
Near the entrance to Siren's Call
Ice Mistral-ST.Martial
Near Golden Giza (Pyramid)
Lord Recluse Strike Force-Grandville
Same room as the patrons.

Crafting table i beleive or it might be a badge i dunno i leave that stuff to the people who know what theyre doing but im certain its one of those two 0_o

Although the original question of the thread is a three months old question I would still like to point out the spiffy link on the left side of the screen under the header 'GAME INFO' called CoV Strike Forces. It has all the info you need about the various strike forces.
Next is riordan's question. Let me start with a "Welcome to GameAmp!"

Originally you needed a badge for it, but that was before COV was released two and a half years ago. With the arrival of us villains it became a regular base item you can craft at your basic worktable for 75,000 prestige and 6 piece of tech material (tech material is created by combining various pieces of tech salvage).
Once you have the computer in your base you can start the Silver Mantis Strike Force. It might also be needed to get Item of Power quests, but that is not active at the moment.

I think, but don't quote me, you need the badge for 5 hours having a side kick/lackey in SG/VG mode. And the above base items.

ooooh okay. i found it. you didn't specify that it had to be a tech crafting station, so i was looking through the three arcane ones and not seeing it. so i checked the basic tech one and it was there. awesomeness. thanks for your help. :D
