Fear me has a 6 second recharge time now which is going to greatly impair zerg
I believe what doesnt kill you only makes you STRANGER!!?

WTF?!
Dervs are already imba at VoD, they dont need a 1/2 second time attack skill, let alone causing DW...
And why cant they just bite the bullet and nerf ancestor's rage already?

thank you for the full update list wyat i was just in HA ID 1 and my group said iway was nerfed so thought id share my excitement

I really do hate that skill when used against me, but i have never used it so for me thats good.

They have nerfed it, just not the way you want it to be nerfed.

what are you talking about? An AoE, uninterruptible lightning orb for 5 energy is hardly nerfed.

i assumed he was talking about ancestors rage which i said needed a nerf.

People will most likely still run zergway (although not on the scale it was run at), it will just not be as annoying as it was. Just have to wait for another gimmick, maybe spiritway will make another comeback or something.

I bet 5 bucks that splits will be the new FotM for GvG at least, probably a sinsplit with a monk to soak up any damage on them.
I like the VoD mechanic change they've done now, spike teams get worse and the game doesn't just turtle around until VoD. Sure, Splinter + Ancestor's will be important, but now you can actually gain some sort of advantage through killing NPC's before VoD.
For GvG, this update is pretty top notch IMO. For TA the nerf/slap-on-the-wrist for AoS might be needed, but I'd like to see that done another way really. Make it impossible to perma-upkeep it, or make it only work for "X...Y" knockdowns the next "8...10" seconds.
I guess this won't do all to much for HA though, IWAY will be a lot less common, but I still think there will be teams with them. The meta will probably change once somebody can think up a new build with Pious Assault... Not all too sure how I feel with handing out a 10 nrg deep wound that every melee class can use (yes, that skill is unlinked to the scythe). Perhaps we'll see sword warriors back into use? PA + Final Thrust seems like it could be interesting.
