The title says it all, i'm about to buy nightfall so i was wondering why this cool looking guy should be my next char .... what "styles" do you play, close combat or anything what do you like about it and such...

What can derv's do? They can do it all 130 HP derv farmer can farm just about anything a 55 monk can. They're an extremely fun melee class to play and have much more versatility than a warrior due to thier Avatars. Scythe's hitting 3 targets at once joined with splinter weapon can be devastating to a mob in PvE or bunched Chars in PvP. Derv is by far my best profession and i've got about 1,001 builds for both pve and pvp so if you ever have any specific questions or need some off the beaten path builds pm me.

They are like eles but close range they use a melee weapon they have higher armor and no kds.
They are fun to combine with other classes.

they can use wounding strike, do 304263049253423 dmg and move fast
