Your Top 5 Chars.

Alright, if someone gave me a choice of playing 5 chars and 5 chars only this is what they'd be, no real specific order either, though i do have favorites. =)

1. Ritualist: They look neat, can do a lot of different things, they can farm, heal, prot, swing a sword, party support, pretty much anything. there are plent of Primary Only Builds out there for an RT and secondaries basically give you the stars as a limit for coming up with stuff that's fun and works.

2. Monk: in demand, people always looking for them, i've made a lot of friends monking. they do a lot of stuff too and are gentle looking. =)

3. Necromancer: everone needs a dark-side, i like MMing, SSing, Farming, the works with my Necro. lots of fun and look good too!

4. Mesmer: so deadly when done right, i love how they sololy wreck bosses and creat havok, it's grand!

5. Paragon: again, when played right this prof can really be an asset, very underated.

My Least Favorite Chars are to play (for me)

1. Warior, too many of them!
2. Assassin, Apart from farming, i dont have a use for them.
3. Ranger, i do like em, just dont have time to explore
4. dervish, i simply hate 90% of their armor sets. monument and primevil are the only good sets and every derv. has primevil and soon to have monument... belly buttons.
5. Elementalist, though it was my first toon through Ch1, my love for the Ele's been lost over the years and been replaced with a mesmer. ele would've normally been in the Top 5. after playing a prof for nearly 3 years it starts to get REALLY boring. hehe. that and ele's dance like dorks, both F & M.

Top 5 fav (PVE)

1- Warrior - there are many of them but not many can use it right. I can almost complete anything with my war and H/H.

2- Monk - Everyone needs at least 2 monks in their party. 55 farming has been around for ages. dual smite can vanguish alot of areas.

3- Necro - Very powerful, especially necro team. Deadly combination.

Just 3 I guess.

1- Mesmer,,, I dont really think I need to say why those who played with me will know

2- Ele,,, sandstorm is such a nice skill to use

3- monk,,, what can I say I wanna be Kanna

4- warrior,,, sometime I like to make things Explode (to quote Rogue)

5- Rit,,, A rit lord in HM is so devastating it is not even funny

least favorite,,, ... ;;; --- all class if played well can be fun, to me assassin and dervish are no fun cause I dont like the class',,, character looks and animation looks wrong,,, armors ... nope dont cut it for me

Dear Diary

Today I was asked what my top 5 favorite Characters are.... I so don't know how to respond, but I will give it a shot........

Anyways....

Number 5.! Jessika Sesshou - Elementalist - Shiro Killer!

Number 4.! Kanna Sesshou - Necromancer - This was my 4th made character. Necro class is just so much to play. From Curse, to Death to even Blood. Great class to play.

Number 3.! Renji Sesshou - Warrior - Chicken Armor!

Number 2.! Lilium Sesshou - Mesmer - Enough said.

Number 1.! Sakura Sesshou - Monk - I love this class. I first created her due to the fact of, there was just so kitten few of them. Having trouble finding groups to get into with my Ranger, the Monk was made. I love the Monk class in general. No one instance is the same, there is always something different in every Monking experience.

:/ can i put necro in all my top 5?

1 : necro. diverse, misunderstood, infuriating but I love necro and I'm not going to explain myself I dont like mm or bip in fairness I don't like ss much either so constricting.

2 : ranger. again misunderstood capable of allot more than damage

3 : monk. ok i hate playing monk but its in my top 3 fave professions and my monk is in my top 3 played profs if you go by individual chars and ages. monk is low on fun but high on grudging respect i have to play monk once in a while and I have to try to do my best... its like eating vegetables you feel better about yourself for understanding whats on a monks mind to walk a mile in shoes etc. I cant not put monk in my top 5 because... well I just can't

4 : Paragon My warrior has more playing time than my paragon but I put para in my top 5 because Its so useful. I do play paragon better than i play warrior. i used to just stance tank and gimmik and i get agro wrong same with derv and sin i dont do well at front line.

5 : hmm would be wrong of my to put sin here but I loved playing it and i think fun has to be an aspect when picking the top 5.

I have played every prof properly not all of them have completed all three chapters but all of them have at least finished ch1 it doesn't make me an expert but it gives me a good grounding in pve and I have ideas about pvp tho I tend to keep them to myself mostly. I have enjoyed playing every prof except 1 but thats my problem its not the prof its me.

1.Warrior- just plain fun, and of course Wammo 4 Life!

2.Assassin- dealing more damage then a wife can nag (jk)

3.Elementalist- i like to burn things ^^

4.Ranger- U'll never get lonely, plus ull never be hit by a spell. interrupts ftw

5.Necro- 2 is a couple, 11 is a mob. MMs ftw. but i like to curse too ^^

1; necromancer: This class is very versatile and i must say i havent found anything i couldnt do yet. MM, degen, SS, SV or healing? you name it; i do it :)

2; monk: up to 2 days ago i would have said elementalist, but having played a few HM missions with her since we were a monk short i started to rekindle my love for monking. Also 600/smiting through CoF is great fun ;)

3; elementalist: nuke their brains out... do i need to say more?

4; mesmer: unfortunately havent played her as much as i would like; but especially for RA i end up with my mesmer and start unleashing my fury of 1 hour suffering of leechers, leavers and nubs

5; assasin: i just love the tele in tele out tactic :) Also great fun for RA :) (aka monkbasher lol)

1. Elementalis - Blowing up, slowing down, blinding. Just plainly my favourite proffession. Can do anything, beat nearly anyone (maybe except mesmers...)
2. Assassin - Love playing sin in AB. especially awesome when i play with one of my friends, who uses the same build as i
3. Mesmer - Love the class, but I still can't play it. Guess i'll make one when i get my ele to r5 koabd (gonna take a loooong time)
4. Ranger - Interupting is just fun^^
5. Dervish - Fun to play, but can get repetitive.

1: Elementalist:
My very first character and I still love her most. She's been spoiled rotten with all tyrian elite armors for when I decide to switch elements. There's just something I can't resist about freezing people to their doom, smiting them with lightning, causing earthquakes or leaving burning corpses :-).

2: Mesmer:
How I love mesmers. In PvP I just love to make the typical wammo or demo think: "I got killed by a mesmer? How???". Punishing people for their actions or making them unable to do anything, causing panic and hysteria... aaaah so much power...

3: Paragon:
I always liked playing the underdog and that's what paragons are.
You hardly see them in PvE at all even though they are fantastic when used right.

4: Ritualist:
Seriously, is there anything they can't do? Massive damage, great defense and better pure healing then most monks.
Also quite a challenge to play wich keeps it interesting.

5: Can't think of one really. These four really stand out for me and the others are pretty much the same to me.

The only profession I really don't like is the warrior.
Playing one, especially in PvE is just hitting things till they die then move to the next thing, try not to die.

ooooooooooooo good topic !

1. Monk i love them keeping people alive soo much fun.. and if they shout at me not keeping them alive.. just as fun :) only problem with me is i watch TV at the same time soooo haha but yeah best charr by far.

2. Elementalist massive damage in PvE and alot of fun in PvP what more could you want with such a fun caster char? what tanking? easy! yay

3. Necromancer i love playing a curse necro watching the degen and numbers fly :D MM is ok to play but not my prefered choice since they nerfed them

4. Ritualist spirit spamming is soo amusing but so is Rt/A teleporting with item spells to spike an entire group in a few seconds

5. Paragon, i love the idea of them and there ability to help the monks keep people alive and spike down a target, they are easy to keep alive (survivor title fairly easy:)) fun fun all around!

yeah my main charr is a ranger but after playing these no longer my fav

1) Warrior: just my fav all around. PvE can do basically anything with H&H or rela people. PvP can be fit into almost any build (any that I will play basically has warrior possibility)

2) Monk: Again, used often, always needed. Very fun with dark escape/return in gvg as split monk.

3) Paragon: Who doesn't like to take a break and c-space (well t-space) :P

4) Ritualist: Lots of numbers go boom from ancestors and splinter.

5) Elementalist: Fun to blow stuff up occasionally.

1. Monk. I like support professions, and this one is the ultimate support profession. Besides, I think nothing is more pleasing than keeping your party alive.

2. Warrior. Main reason: Equipment! Nothing looks better than a warrior with high-end armor and weapons (or at least that's what I think). Apart from that, they are capable damage dealers.

3. Ritualist. As I've said, I like support professions, and Item, Weapon spells and the effects of spirits are nearly, if not completely impossible to remove.

4. Necromancer. Very versatile, capable damage dealers, and can support the party through boosting allies or rending foes useless. VERY versatile.

5. Ehrm... I'd have to say Paragon. Since I've played it in AB, I've noticed how good they are at dealing damage, and they are excellent supporters. Besides that, I've also noticed that, in AB, as a paragon, you're always the last one to be targeted.

In PvE:
1) Monk: I just like monking :P Nothing more to say
2) Necro: having 10 minions running behind your tail is always great.
3) Ritualist: cause it's semi-healing/support
4) Warrior: I like whacking stuff too you know :P
5) Ele: it's always great to squish a Meteor Shower on a nice mob

In PvP:
1) Monk: I just really like the class :o
2) Ranger: Interupts ftw
3) Mesmer: Interupts, pressure ftw
4) Warrior: Pressuring is nice, if you know what to do
5) Ele: Only when they really ask me :P

1) Warrior. Coolest armors, swords and shields and just bashing just is so great for me. they got hight armor lvl, can farm too.

2) Paragon. Defensive chanter or high DPS.. para can do it!

3) Ritualist, when factions came everyone made a sin, I started a RT to be different (same with paragon actually) spirit spamming was awsome to do, so was just pwning with channeling magic or healing.. they can do it all ;)

4) Ranger, one of my olderst but least played characters.. lost interest in him due to ugly armor etc. nothing to do with em actually

5) Necro, just started one hes MM now. looks ok.

1. Warrior: My best class - has best DPS in the game, great for pressuring and spiking. Forces people to deal with them.

2. Dervish: Pretty much the same as warrior, just a tiny bit more fragile but compensates for that with avatar of melandru and wearying strike.

3. Ranger: Good Pressure and position control. Very versatile, and essentially invincible.

4. Paragon: Good DPS, good for spiking too. At the same time, has good defensive capabilities for your team.

5. Monk: You cant survive without them...

1- Warrior, its my main, and it's very nice to play with him ^^ especiaaly with Dwarven Battle Stance <3+ Close combat is my favorite thingie to do. And also the only class i'm kinda good with...

2- Mesmer- really like to piss people off with very irritating skills, though i'm not that good with them.

3- ranger - I just love the bow and pet and nature stuff ^^

4- ritualist - very nice spikes + damage dealing

5- dunno really...i guess ele then- nice damage, cool spells and stuff...

first place is for my Ritualist :D

1-Ritualist; Love the armor, very versatile profession (and good at anything she does) also very handy in PvP.

2-Assassin; yet another factions character, what can i say, i like 1V1 fights (and win :D)

3-Elementalist; my first character, and can be very annoying for opposing teams in PvP, and i like to burn things ()=)

4-Necromancer; owns in PvP, only 'evil' profession in Guild Wars.

5-Ranger; attacking from distance, have a lil friend, name your lil friend <3

1. warrior, yeah i know they are alots of them, but they are the funniest solo proffesion, I have managed to solo pretty much every place with em.

2. sins, very deadly.

3 necro, MM, SS plain fun

4. Rit they are very funny to play with healing and dmg

5. mesmer, they can own pretty much everything

1, Assassin, with the right build and the right skills, you can really do some damage, plus a person that knows they attack the fastest and uses skills that utilize this speed, always have the upper hand, few ''i have liek uBer build'' AB assassin's that actually got me before i got them, a ratio that is 1:50 times they actually get me, not much.

2, Ritualist, i love em, so much you can do with them, plus the armor also looks great. Wether you go Team Support with all kinds of enchantments, or nuking with Area of Effect spells, Ritualist got it all.

3, Dervish, Capable, Farming Legend, what not about it, i like this profession alot.

4, Ranger, Awesome, and you can harass lots of enemies from a distance quite safely, plus if you got a Hearty Pet, you can use that as a blocker to keep those enemies even further at bay. Or let your pet serve as a handy distraction.

5, Necromancer, various builds, armor/look selection is enormous, no character that can look so evil as a Necromancer.

Profession i hate most:

Elementalist, i never got better at it except spamming Flare, really, just doesnt fit me somehow.

Asom topic

1. Ranger-Very good at range, don't die as fast with defensive skills. Also can make a party win because of interupts alone.

2. Warrior-Make them not do a thing, if they over-extend, bam, 200 damage. Spikes with kd's are amazing.

3. Mesmers-Shutdown. They are useless and are crying because there skill's are taking over a minute to recharge.

4. Necromancer-Minions, Taint,Curse's, no echants. Asom at melee shutdown and nice damage with it. Very used class.

5. Elementalist-They do the high damage. Must be a good player playing the ele. They get shutdown easyly. Also, they support with blind, wards,snars. Very good support with high damage.

Warrior is EPIC. Nothing beats tanking big mobs,PvP, Farming or W/E with a warrior. 2150hours played on my war and its still fun.

1) Ele, because i like to deal a lot of damage :P
2) sin, also a lot of damage :P
and now 3,4 and 5...meh...i think ranger then warrior and number 5 will be...ritualist(dont even got a lvl 20 rit but they are cool :P)

2: Dervish

1: Assassin: my 'new' half year old main char^^ PvP, missions, HM, all types of farming, running, everything is possible with the Sin

2: Elementalist: I just like the damage of Fire^^

3: Monk: People saying things like 'Woow great monking, tnx' is always nice to hear :)

4: Mesmer: Im new in the class of the mesmer, but the builds Ive seen are amazing

5: Necromancer: MM, SS, SV, IVbomb! Very nice

2. Rit - started my rit a couple days ago, love it.
3. Warrior - don't play mine anymore, got boring
4. Ranger - deleted him a while back for no apparent reason
