i was thinking once i get an alt of mine to 15 i can go to Bloody bay and do missions there, and lvl up as many as i can...Then Move to to sirens call and do the same thing.
For warburg, its better, and do more missions. and for RV, i can just farm turrents!
Good Plan?

Meh. Arachnos missions are a pain in the neck. I'd go with scanner missions.

What he's suggesting sounds exactly like the way you leveled the Onion.

The PvP zone mission grinding works well - but mostly on Villains, due to that Longbow aren't near as annoying as Arachnos. They use basic damage types, lethal, smash, fire, and the occasional energy, and if you're a meleer, they're even easier, since all Longbow resort to brawl when in melee, except for Nullifiers who throw a Beanbag once in a while. Then there's the Eagles, and the Spec-Ops, and so on.
Arachnos on the other hand, have almost every damage type in game, and a variety of status attacks. They're evenly difficult, no matter your or their level, since they always have some annoying damage type or attack that you can't defend yourself against.
I'm trying to get my Scrapper ready for the DXP weekend, so I tested out a few ways to get as much exp as possible, in the shortest time. He's 45, so grinding turrets is always a possibility, but alot know that, and there'll be fighting for the Heavies in RV, by the time of the DXPW.
As some may know, Rikti Portals, which Communication Officer minions summon, give +Boss level exp. (Look at bottom of post for an effective way to farm these)
I found out that by doing one Borea mission in RWZ on Relentless gave me more exp in total, than one mission in Warburg, without the bonus.
Just _one_ Portal spawned in a RWZ mish made the whole difference. But compared to a Warburg mission _with_ bonus, it's not as high. They changed the PvP zones' missions' bonus a few issues back, so that it would only be awarded to your character every one hour.
So my plan is, to farm Relentless RWZ missions, set a clock up to notify me when an hour has passed, move to Warburg, do a mission, get the bonus, return to RWZ and repeat. Also, if I see a Portal already spawned in RWZ on my way to the mission, I punch it once to get the bonus. This farming strategy works great for solo Heroes wanting to get 50 quick.
And now, for the Portal farming. When you spot a Rikti Communications Officer, let him agro you, and let him summon the Portal. He does so by tapping his left arm a few times, and you hear the familiar Rikti teleport 'whoosh', and a Portal spawns at the Officer.
Now, the Portal spits out a few minions around the Officer's level, and NONE of the enemies spawned from the Portal give exp, so don't bother farming them. Also, they don't disappear by themselves, so you have to kill them in the end.
There're two ways to defeat a Portal. Kill the Portal itself, or the Officer who spawned it. Usually, a Portal has quite a large amount of HP, equal to that of a Riki Chief Soldier or more, 3-4k, so it _can_ take a short while to defeat.
What I do, is hit the Portal ONCE, just hit it, brawl or anything, then defeat the Communications Officer, who don't really have much hp. This dispells the Portal, and you get exp for both it and the Officer. Officers also tend to give more exp than normal Infantry.
When I'm roaming RWZ and spot a summoned Portal, as I mentioned before, I hit it, then defeat the Comm Officer. Even if he's red or purple, he doesn't take much to get down, and I get a crudload of exp for him and his Portal.

Nah. Doing task forces is much faster, more fun, and gets you badges and rare recipies (and an accolade for the main 6 TFs). Other TFs are useful too. For example, the respec tfs are easy to get a team for, aren't too hard, and give you a respec or rare recipie. The Moonfire TF is great for getting the two hunting badges you need for the Atlas Medallion (especially important for scrappers or tanks who lack the AoE's to do fast hunts when solo).
Playing a controller or defender and joining teams that are 3 or more levels above you helps too. Most people won't mind if you're not sk'ed when you're a healer, buffer, debuffer.
Always go through faultline and croatoa. As newer zones, you get insane arc bonuses to experience every time you switch contacts and you don't have to go far because they're self-contained zones. Plus Faultline is full of AVs and Croatoa has it's own accolade power associated with it. Speaking of, the Katie Hannon TF is short, interesting and good exp too.

Not bad, canyon-hopping bassically, jump from one preferred zone with limited travel inside to another to spped it up. Yeah, spines/regen hero side will help it, but it will not be anywhere as fast as a good team running all over the place. Dunno what server you are on, but if this was Champion (and assuming those damned greifers lay off) you could go from 35-50 off RWZ Mothership Raids, one heck of a fun and fast way to jump ;)
Big Chill is a conscranker: he conrols a mob so they do nothing, scraps a target till they can't stand, and tanks what's left till the job's done.
Dive in, have fun, and think about it later.
Do not pray for challenges to equal your strength, but for strength to equal your challenges.

I'd go with TF's for getting a fast level or two, then do story arcs and Radio missions to the next one. But remember it's not getting to 50 fastest that makes the game but the stories and people along the way. I found contacts and arc's I missed with my first toon with my second and the new ones in faultline and RWZ have added to my other toons path. I hope other new adventures will be added as time goes by.
