I used Tutorialized.com for all kinds of help, hundreds of articles for each and everything, though no real ''walkthroughs'' that give you the first steps in Photoshop to the last steps in Dreamweaver, you got to find those articles yourself.

Wow! That's quite an expensive package!
Hope you get all you want out of that investment.
You might want to take a peak at the accompanying manuals and Adobe's own Tutorials at the member section. They're geared to helping you with just that process.

Which programming language do you want to use?
Basic HTML or PHP etc
What do you want to be able to do on your website?
Will it have a forum, member log ins, videos etc?
w3Schoolshttp://www.w3schools.com/
It helps alot but it doesnt run in depth tutorials. my advice is go out and buy a book on website designing in PHP/Html or w.e language you want.
Good luck and gimme a pm if your stuck and il try and help.

just a quick question is it easier to design the whole website in PS and then loading it into dreamweaver?
becasue i am really lost on wat fireworks is for!
there are tons of tutorials about it but they are all things like things u make with PS aswell like 3D text and so on....
Studies show that 92% of teens listen to rap. If you are part of the 8% that listens to real music the add this to your signature.

I'm still in class to learn:
Flash CS3
Fireworks CS3
Dreamweaver CS3
But we're only on Indesign atm. I know a lot about Photoshop; and you can pretty much make a nice website with just that.
But Yeah, I suggest with the others to look up the Adobe Tutorials, or other just Google. Theres lots of useful things out there.
You can also check out Deviant Art and see if anyone has a tutorial located there that may assist you and what you're trying to do. (At least, if its an image effect, that'd be a great place to look).
Wish you luck!
If I can find out anything for you, I'll let you know.

Fireworks was Macromedia's product that pretty much did the same thing as Adobe's ImageReady.
When Adobe bought the Macromedia stuff they did away with ImageReady as it was pretty much a similar yet inferior product to Fireworks.
While Photoshop is great for creating highly detailed images with awesome effects/filters/etc, Fireworks and the now defunct ImageReady are better geared towards creating web-ready images.
