Interesting. I would do as it suggests - check to see if a firewall is running and not allowing NgameGuard to do its job.
Also, submit this information to PlayNC, since they'll be the ones who can help you and give you the support you need.

Here's another question:
Did you update your game recently?
This error is what you get if you were to run the game with an not updated client. It's easy to keep the thing updated through the PlayNC launcher.

Good point lani. I wasn't sure you could actually load the client without it updating, but stranger things have happened I suppose.

Is exteels server down? and if so for how long cuz every time i turn the game on a messages pops up n i dont even get to login

What does the message say?
If it says "The server is down", then yes. Otherwise, knowing what it says might help :-)

It says that the server connection has faild, please vist http.www.exteel.com to check server avalibility or vist www.plaync.com to check your account status. its been telling me this for a long time now n its getting really annoying

And did you?
Visit http://www.exteel.com/ or http://www.plaync.com/ ?
I'm not asking to be mean, but if it's not actual server down it might be your Internet Service Provider has an issue finding Exteel and/or PlayNC sites as well as servers.
Also, have there been any recent changes to your PC's firewall?
