i just got this game goin 2day an ive been on it for a while an my comp crashed since then it rejects my username/password when tryin to log onto the game, checked them both an changed my password. thanks ahead

what error masage to you get when you try to log in?

I'm not a altoholic...no really i only have 1000+ toons...thats not..really...never mind.

when i open the updater that is ok then the game loads an when i try to log on it keeps sayin "the account name or password that you have entered is incorrect" ive been on the plaync site an everythin is cool on there. thanks again for the help. glad to be part of this site, its great.

do you have cap lock on? (it has happened to me)

Welcome to Gameamp...
That can be very frustrating... getting a new game and you can't access it. Argh!!!!
Remember that your username and password may not be the same as your PlayNC account username and password. When you log into your account on their site, it will show you what accounts are active for the City of Heroes game. The username that shows up on the account listing is the one you would use to log into the game at the login screen.
It may not be the same as your PlayNC account name.
Other then that I am not sure, I would suggest trying to call support as well.

i think ive solved it, cos im supposed to be using cohupdater.EU.exe silly. just had to change the target in properties. thanks anyway guys.
