| Finally about to start PvP, but need a couple of things clarified. |

After 3 monts (yes, I am about to get my first vet reward) I was able to go beyond the 30+ toons i got up to LVL 6 or 7. I dedicated myself, heart and soul for a month, and got Psi Scan up to LVL 15!!!!.
Ok, I don’t play that often.
What I do know is that this opens up PvP for me. I know that Bloody Bay is the lvl 15-20 zone. How do I get there? What should I know before trying it out?
Another of my toons (Genocide Jane) is about to reach 15 also, how do I get to bloody bay from a villians point of view?
