That will work just fine, though I'd recommend pulling off one of each of your end redux in your toggles. Two should be sufficient and those slots can go towards making air superiority a viable attack. Really, you'll have to find what works for you, and it may be in your best interest to add a couple of slots to conserve power to reduce the downtime, as that would reduce ALL of your powers endurance consumption and have it up more frequently to do so. More mileage for your money I guess but your build is very similar to mine. Personally, I added crane kick as well for some extra dps and the immobilize effect it has, but thats just personal preference. Though I do strongly believe you are going to want to slot Air superiority to make it dmging in your attack chain.
