I've been exploring the last few days using texmod. But now I encounterd a problem. Texmod says I explored everything (and even over that) and I'm still on 99.8%. I made a lot of print screens in GW and pasted them together in Photoshop, but it became too large to upload.
Does anyone has any tips for me, so I can see what I still need to explore?
And when I say everything, I mean everything. Also noobie island, arena, Dynastic Tombs, etc. (everthing wiki mentions).
My last option was to make some screenshot with normal fog and compare it to a 100% explored map, but it would be a lot of work and I'm afraid I'll miss spots with ease.
Please help me!!

What's the Eradon Terrace trick? Haven't read anything about that on wiki.
EDIT: I think I've done Jade quarry, or it would've showed up as not explored =\

Jup I did it all. Everything Texmod says can be explored.. I explored =$ Was kinda disappointed after all the time I spent to get that 2% it still wasn't enough..

I used texmod for Elona, and i had that problem too, but it 99.9%
What i did to get it done is:
On ur map there are some places that look like solid blocks of that brown texture, but might still be explorable. To solve this, just go onto another char that hasn't explored much of elona, and switch back and forth between those two chars, to check if some of the blocks are actually exploreable.
I had 99.9% for at least 3 hours before i found a little place near kamadan that looked like a soldi block, but wasn't.
Hope u get ur GMC soon

Wow that sounds like a lot of work indeed >.< And did you compare it with texmod active or non-active? And I explored a lot of solid stuff and it still didn't go up to 100% Pretty annoying to swap back and forth.. too bad you can't play on 2 chars at one on 2 diff PC's ^^ Might become a screen shot spam.
Thanks for the suggestion though.. didn't think of that ;)
EDIT: I understand what you mean with the solid block now, it's with texmod active ;)

I had the same problem and it took quite some time to resolve. Basically with text mod if there is a slight overlap of an area between to zones, or where the edges of 2 sections touch in the same zone, like when there is a big rock that you have to do a circle around, it apears like a solid block when in actuality it can be uncovered. Look for solid blocks in the middle of zones or where zones come together.
I am at 99.8% in Cantha atm need a portion of jade quary and the N/E part of Shiro mission which just won't seem to unfog. I willut wait until the boardwalk comes and get that area to finish up. Then all I have is tyria. I am less then 80% so that will take a lot of time, maybe I will vanquesh this weekend.

Hey didn't you help me with a mission lately.. anyway, thank you for your post. I've just made couple of screen of the entire map and compared them.. couldn't find anything. Tomorow I'll make a better version of the world map in photoshop and post it here. Maybe "someone" can find "something".
Going to bed now, hope see more posts in the morning!

What's the Eradon Terrace trick? Haven't read anything about that on wiki.

um elonia was the hardest for me , only place is ruins of shlahhaha , mission apart from that maybe a bit of desert you missed =/

Oh since you asked about the terrace trick I figure I will tell you now so that when you do Cantha you got it.
Basically if you are kurzick you zone outside and fight the priest. When you do this the merchant runs inside of the the outpost. You can then shadow step to him, as he is now a foe, and explore the whole outpost. There is a large section to the North east you can't get without doing this.

there is area I went to by the fortress of jahi where there is part there that is tricky part also there is one outher spot i went to getmy last .2% it up by that area where the elite guys are at try that area i forgot what name of the zone.

The area with the elite guys? As far as I know there's a boss in almost every explorable area in NF. Could you please be a little more specific? It would really help me out a lot =D

UPDATE!! I got 100% ^^ someone spotted some fog in the middle of my maps that you only can see when you make a print screen from it (very weird).
If anyone has seen me in-game plz send me a screen. I didn't see it myself =(

Do you know that Textmod shows the map off the creator. So their is above still a lot more to discover I still need 1,5% an I discovered everything TM SHOWS try scrapin every area

Yeah I know. I got some black area's that texmod said you couldn't explore. If you even need my 100% map to compare it with yours just give me a call.
(if you zoom out, pres ctrl + shift + h and take a screenshot you can compare them in photoshop very good. That's how I got my last 0.2%, but it works with more too ;))
