Well...I know that I don't post as often as I should. I apologize for that.
Anyway...My wife, who is still serving in the Navy, was lucky enough to get re-stationed in Jacksonville, FL. I'm pretty stoked about staying here, so I thought I would share with my electronic friends living in our beloved marshlands. I'll be stalking through the steel jungles for another 2 years.

Jax is positively chilly compared to Lauderdale or Miami, you'll love it there. Mild winters, warm summers. Awesome seafood, like all coastal Florida towns. Coupla great state parks, beaches are very accessible, and if I say so myself, some of the nicest folks in the nation live in Florida (I am a Miami native displaced to and adopted by Texas). You'll love it Mal.

Yeah. Jacksonville is a great place to live. I've spent more than 6 years here now. I'm just excited that the wife and I will be able to stay for another two years. There are never any guarantees when you're in the military, so we weren't sure of our next move. Luckily, she's a very successful officer.
