Somehow i find it quite... hard to find good guilds, the big ones are usually to quiet or spamming and the small ones never grow.
I want a PvE and some PvP (150 fame , 26 hours that weekend didnt give me enough to get rank 3 and 80 Glad points, ive got 4.2k hours plaed but i never do other rthen standing in towns and being bored. My war got half of the time and if i would try to get maxed KoAbD title i could easilly get it with that playtime but i never bother gringing titles or such.
I want to Do FoW and UW clearout runs and maybe some DoA.
Dunno Da Great ingame (Running ppl free to random placesdue to boredness *:O)

Well sorry, but I don't know any guild that stands in towns and outposts being bored.. I understand why you can't get a guild that way...

Tard, ive done everything i want so im standing in towns trading and looking for guild, tho they always suck.
But got a good guild now.

Perhaps a tad late, but I'd suggest trying to sign up for the Mutants, or [MU] as most people know them. They are a great bunch of guys doing a lot of hardcore PvE, and I know that there are several good and nice people there =)
Another option is the [AMP] alliance of course, you can't go wrong there either. They are indeed very social and nice too.
