I clear it just because it just takes up space. My computer runs faster without all that stuff left there. :)
But no, if you deleted all the files your parents wont be able to go back and see what you viewed (Unless they have a spy program on the computer).
the govt can see though...so you're not completely outta the clear. :P but as much as you need to be. :)

As far as I know there isn't. But if you go into internet properties and select the "delete history" option then it should be gone for good.

Your history shouldnt be taking up space. Each link is only a 1KB file. It would take 1000 websites stored in it just to reach 1 MB worth of space.

The only real way to get rid of it is if you have some gov't tech guru do it. Or if you could some how find information on how fbi's and other agencies look into hard drives that might give you an answer.

Google a program called CyberScrub. It has wipes that are based off of government and military wipes. It will clean all of it up real good.

Now that's really helping the guy out.
At first I thought about the porn too (who says he never watched it on internet lies ^^). Maybe it's a totaly different problem? Maybe he was on a great site, forgot to add it to favourites, cleared his history and now can't remember the site name?

well i know one way to view your history. just right click the tool bar, select custumize and to the left side were it says "available toolbar buttons." look there and see if you find the history button. if you find it, hit add and the there it is.
this is for winxp or win2000, if you're not running IE7. i can't seem to find this option in vista (IE7).

I'm amazed at the sheer amount of dirty minds here.
No-one realized he may have just done some cleaning then realized he'd been relying on auto-completion from history to find a certain site?
You know, part of the actual function of Temp Files & History. Evidence of Porn-surfing is just a happy side-effect. Happens to me about... every time I clean up my History, there's always some site i forgot to bookmark. Google is your friend then Jamie.

I was thinking who cares if he does watch internet porn. I do, and am not embarresed to admit it. My fiance likes watching it with me to. (wink) It is legal, well most of it is. If youre watching the illegal stuff, clearing the history is the least of your concerns. But there is nothing wrong with watching it. Just my opinion.

if you guys really want to know what its for
Im looking for a patch "downgrader" for GTA:SA v2 to v1
cus v2 doesnt let you mod game textures
and i cant remember where i got it from
nothing to do with porn (porn is for people who lack imagination, using my imagination i control what happens in said porn.)
I checked google for what i want and i cant find the one i used
which is what i want so it works with my mods

Why do you say that? My guess is because you have never watched it with someone. Imagination has nothing to do with it. I'm 36 and my fiance is 35, and rest assured we don't need any help with imagination. It is just a turn on to watch it together. So quit being so defensive in your posts. If you do watch it, then who really cares. Just take what is said here as just poking a little fun with you. If you really don't, then quit replying to the people cracking on you. You are just enticing them to do it more that way.
