I'm no longer a member of Brigade. I'll have a new recruitment post for the current guild I help manage.

GL recruiting. Sucks that most of the Ampers are playing on the U.S. servers. :(

Yeah, it also doesn't help that there are so many servers out there period. I know that character transfer is a possibility, but I have networked extensive contacts on my server for tailoring needs and other stuff I cannot take care of personally. And the thought of being a stranger on a new server is frightening. Who wants to go through all of that trial and error with folks again?
To be honest I'd love it if I could get some of you folks(Pokes Dru in the ribs) but I know damn well the best players on this forum are already in guilds such as I. Not even wanting to start out as the new person in a guild or server.
I'm just hoping to get lucky and get a lurker.
Recruiting is a bee-yoch to be sure. But I'm determined to get our guild rounded out to see some new content. We're plowing Kara in 3 hours on the veteran group and going into ZA for a little change of pace for our Tuesday night plow. (I'm doubting that I'll be a plow in ZA, but we are taking our best geared folks for the learning process).
The Saturday Gruuls run has sorta been derailed right now. With 15 dedicated members, 5 iffy and 5 pug fills from a friendly guild it's just not happening. We are semi-allied with another friendly guild. When we needed fillers for Karazhan it was easy. But they are hitting Gruul's same as us, so they are less able to help us fill missing spots.
Nothing gets the hackles up like folks that sign up and not show up for an event we spent the last three hours planning..... But any of you that raid know this issue all to well.
This leaves us open for more gearing runs on Saturday through Kara. So we can get some of the newer folks geared up quickly. Taking a largely seasoned crew in means they have much less competition on drops, thusly gearing up way faster than the original crew did.
Thanx for any consideration on this folks.

Wow! At one point we had lost this entire section. The devs must have found the broken link. Good job gang!
Well, since I see this section is alive and well again, I thought it would be a good time for a bump.
Currently, we're looking for almost any class that wants to regularly raid. The summer slump and player burn out have reduced our numbers, but we have been having old friends re-join as other guilds they were in crumbled due to low attendance.
We're currently co-oping with some friendly guilds and continuing to try runs in TK, SSC and ZA. We have also been toying with Sunwell trash for the great patterns, gems, trashloot and of course those high demand sunmotes.
The raid schedule is a little different right now. We do still try to do something 10 man on Tuesdays, also Friday and Saturday are our high traffic nights.
We are a guild still trying to organize raids while others are giving up until expansion. The website link in my original post has also been updated so that it goes to our new website(not that new, we lost this section of the forums just when we had changed sites, and I noticed it when I came here to update my recruitement post.).
