Need Help w/ Fraps Set up

So I bought full version fraps for $37.00. Somehow 1 recorded video divided into alot of parts. Most parts never last more than 3 minutes. I direct the videos in the 2nd hard drive which is about 300 gig so I don't think space is a problem. Any ideas how to set it up so that it stays in 1 file and goes forever till I stop?

You are crazy that you actualy bought that program, but that's your own choice =D
I use Fraps too and haven't found a reason to prevent it from making multiple files. Every time you go through a portal or minimize/maximize a windows it makes a new file. Not a big deal is you edit it in Windows Movie Maker (or w/e), it's just a little searching wich part comes next.

I don't think you can change this feature =\ It's more annoying that there's no "stop record" button. I have to shut down the program to make it stop recording my screen ^^

I have the total of 3 Collector Edition accounts. so thats the totals of 9 CE + 3 Gwen + 3 BMP. and right now proph CE alone could cost quite a bit. Plus all the hours I put into this game I have so much to lose. Might as well use the legit program for once. Beside Anet always try to find a reason to ban your account so you can buy a new one from them. Any ways I kinda figure out how to put them together as 1 file on WMM. Just don't know whats the appropriate size per min to have a good quality. Thanks for the help.

No ideas what this means... Is my connection good or bad?

Ok well I don't think Anet can bust you for using cracked fraps (I hope =P).
In >this< guide I made th video's with fraps too. A video of 10 minutes was only 80mb, so that wasn't a big problem. The fraps files on my PC were 4 GB or something, so it's quite a nice compression.

Good luck recording and I hope to see some video's from you in the future ^^

P.S. Don't know how exp you are with Fraps, but if you put "record sound" on off, the files are much smaller. And I use half screen size since I play GW on 1280*1024, so thw file would be huge if I recorded it on normal size. And the FPS would go down like hell.

You can stop filming with the same hotkey as you started it, Home for me. And there is a free legal version of Fraps available, but even if you have a crack, it's impossible for Anet to track this, and probably no reason to ban your account.

By Default FRAPS starts recording with F9, hit it again to stop recording, during recording the FPS numbers will change to red and stick to 30 (whatever FPS you set it to)

I havent had any problems recording for long periods, e.g 5 minutes or longer myself, so i cant really figure that out. Biggest chance is you might possibly hit the Record movie button by accident.

And @ Blazings:

The fact some people here use cracked software, is obvious, but no reason to point him its *wrong* to pay for a program legally, we're not asking where 70% of this forum has their Photoshop to make signatures with from either. Nor do those people openly tell it.

It's fine that you admitted your using a cracked FRAPS and obviously torrent alot more mumbo jumbo, just dont laugh at people that do pay things legally. Their the ones keeping FRAPS going and releasing better versions, dont forget that.

Not flaming, just explaining ^^
