self heals pls monks worst enemy best RA build ive played any monk went down start out with a quick relode bleeding for some pressure then hit the monk with goldan skull to make him dazed and exosting assault to give him some bad energy regen or hit him hard with death blossom.

Wep : Icy Daggs of Fortitude, with 15% while enchanted
-Water magic : 11
-Dagger Mastery : 10+1+2
-Critical Strikes : 10+1(or 10+2)
-rez sig
-Icy Shackles
-Conjure frost
-black mantis thrust
-wild strike
-trampling ox
-falling spider
-twisting fangs
You got added dmg, awesome snare, stance removal, a KD, poison, bleeding, and deep wound.
