My toon is lvl 30 and i heard i can obtain glowing eyes. how do i get them? please and thank you

Glowing eyes is just one of the aura options you get once you unlock your aura. To get the mission where you get your aura you have to go to the same place you got your cape mish.

Front door of the Atlas Park City Hall. Straight forward in the center of the room is the City Representitive. Talk to her at 20 for the cape and at 30 for the auras.

Yes, no problem at all. At least on the hero side it is easy. I just did it for the villain side, and was surprised how hard it was over there. It must have been over a year since I last did it there, and forgotten all about it. It was pretty tough solo on highest level. Died a couple of times, but came out victorious. Great fun!

It's a pretty neat CoT mission. It gets tough if you make the mistake I made, which was to think I needed to close all the portals that those Behemoth Demons come through if you get too close. In stead you have to find an altar, then defend it for a few minutes from increasingly tougher waves.
