Reactivated wrong account :S 

im so stupid......
about 2 years ago, i played city of heroes, but then quit after a few months, then 1 year after that i started again, managed to level up a level 50 and such. and today i decided to start with coh again, but by mistake i activated the old account which only has lowbie chars but i wanted to activate the new account.
do you think they can solve it? i've sended in a petition ingame, no answer yet tho.

Oops.

I doubt they will. And even if they would, I don't expect a quick response. Personally I would not worry about the old toons. You are through with them. Time for a fresh start. And with double xp weekend going on you don't want to wait for ncsoft to get back to you. Start cranking those levels now and enjoy your new toon(s). And since I know you wanted to create a villain anyway, there is no way to transfer anything from a hero to a villain, so you are not missing out of influence either.

well , i really wanted to pvp some on my 50 scrapper and maybe level abit on my peacebringer, but i guess i just have to accept it

Just wanna say that they have responded :D they wanted to confirm some account information and now i got a new mail, saying
"We are escalating your ticket to a Senior Account Support Representative to further assist you, Someone will contact you as quickly as possible."


Hope they will fix it

The height of customer friendliness.
Lets see:

Account A: paid for for a month
Account B: unpaid.
Customer wants to play with B but paid for A:
So, what's impossible about?:
Ban Account A for the period paid for.
Give account B free time for the period paid for.

The two hitches here might be that they'd have to ask you to pay for a period on account B as well, to activate it so to speak. And, account A might get a "record" which should not be a problem if comments are attached to records, which are, or should be. Dunno why they don't do this. Well, I do. It needs the user's agreement and it's pretty easy to get in trouble with this form of assistance under US law. Dunno why NCSoft keeps making the Choice of Law* for California law.

*: Choice of Law: which law is binding the contract (between you and NCSOft) if you wish to sue (for say, breach of contract) you have to do so under Californian law and in a Californian court.
