Have been enjoying the "Set Bonus" benefits of slotting IO sets on several of my toons. Most of the bonuses are 1% to 3% of resistance or gain. Was upgrading Livingston's Taunt for the 50 run and WOW, Perfect Zinger offers a 2.75% Fear Duration Reduction and a 10% Regen bonus when you slot 3, that's huge! This is a Noticeable improvement that you could see in Gameplay. The Taunt was also improved, used a Taunt, a Taunt/Range and a Taunt/Rech/Range for a spec of 83.7 Taunt, 27.1 Range, 20.0 Recharge.
Also found that TP IOs, 2 slotted yeild a 4% Regen Bonus.
