Ok so i just got back into making sigs today with my clan on CoD4 and here are two that i have made so far
This one was made while listening to the guy that was helping me get new ideas so i added the little "Graduate" Deal on it since we finish
This one is my first solo attempt at a sig, i followed sort of what my other sig did but made a few changes, the border is the main thing that bugged me on this one but i think i managed to get it.
Let me know what you guys think.

i like the first more too. i think it'd be better if you made the guy contrast a little more- like increase his brightness.
i think i can give a tip on borders too. personally, the only borders i like that completely encircle a picture are 1 pixel wide. for the kind of border you have, i like to shrink them in so that there is a little space between the picture and actual border.

correct me if im wrong but it should just be a simple HTML tag and it should be MARQUEE (text here) /MARQUEE but make sure you put in the brackets <>
this is a little off topic but may aswell ask whilst here so here goes: im very into graphics and love seing everyones creativity on the site sig wise and would love to be able to do it myself i have PS aswell but the problem is i know totally nothing about how to work it so i dont suppose anyones got any thing that could help?

OK how to make a ticker like this one :

basically the info is in the html comments.
to read a peice of html and try working out how it works select the seciton of the page you want to know about and right click on that.
If your using firefox you get the option to veiw the html source of the selected material. For the ticker I used is in the link I gave you.
I'm pretty clumsy and lazy so mine is not that great but with a bit of fiddling and some of the other tutorials you can combine other parts. I used a table to make eeirish's links look a bit less tidy.
