We're mentioned under one of the "Sucks" sections, but in a good way, trust me :-)
The official site has a LinkUp to a RevolutionSF article.
I don't fully agree with everything in the article and I doubt anyone would come up with the same list /sense of priority but that's as it should be. Good summation though.

Very nice find! And pretty neat GameAmp is singled out as the best COH site on the web. Well, we all already knew that, of course, but it is still spiffy to have it confirmed by somebody else.

The "Suck-List" should mention the really baaad Tech Support.
Don't know if the US Team is any better, but the EU Tech Support is almost useless.

That's true of any game. Tech support doesn't necessarily play the game the support. They work for the company and read s.
Always start a support ticket when you encounter a problem, but always ask others about it to. Chances are one of us has had that problem as well, and already knows how to fix it.
