In recent days I have found a guy in a suit, standing in the far back and left of Miss Liberty. When I clic on him it says, "event is currently full, try again later".
What's this about?

I haven't seen him, but I assume he is the usher that will invite people to the wedding between Manticore™ and Sister Psyche™. Although the real event is only on the test server I think there is a dummy usher on the live servers as well. Read this newsletter for all the details.
