The build looks good. One thing I would add would be flares as the new defiance allows the use of tier 1 and 2 blast powers while mezzed. Mezzing is definitely going to happen in PvP so in that respect, two attacks vs. one. Also, I'm not sure, but stealth and a +stealth IO stack do they not? That may negate the need for invisibility so as to free up the slot for flares, I'd look into that though, I'm not sure if thats the case.

BEST TEST ANSWERS EVER!

"I'm unable to divulge that information as it may compromise our agents in the field."

"What was the date of Columbus' journey to the americas?"
"I do not believe in linear time, the past and future are one, existence in the temporal sense is illusionary... this question is therefore meaningless and impossible to answer."

Yes, stealth powers stack with +stealth IOs to make invisibility.

yes but then how would you get phase shift for those crazy purple IO-loving stalkers?

RE: Build Help: Fire/Energy Blaster PVP

Hey .. I tend to pvp a lot and also have a fire/em blaster.
A few things I think you need to know about fire/em are>
You are a blaster. Squishie doesnt come close to how easily you can die. You need to maximize your burst damage. I suggest you dont take flares. If u plan to take the stealth power pool take ice mastery as an epic. It complements it well. ( Be advised that invisibilty will rarely help you in zone or arena pvp. It is only useful for detoggling ure opponent once u get out of range. So take both stealth and invisibility. I recommend hibernate instead of phase for the heal and it does not make sense taking both as there is phase suppression now. Boost range is a must. Best power you have hands down. It allows you to kill before you are killed which will happen. If you want to go for the force epic take the medicine pool for aid self. Combined with power boost your heal from aid self will be amazing and your PFF defense numbers increase which gives you a rest period. I highly suggest you dont take total focus. It is only a mag 3 stun so is not even useful for pve anymore. Its damage is pure smashing in pvp unlike your other melee attacks so doesn do as well coupling with its huge activation time. Put whatever free slots you have into power thrust. Its high mag kb is very useful since the acro nerf and now you can buy more time to kill with it. I suggest energy punch too. I know that you have asked only for a build and not advice but i suggest that you stick to range as much as possible. blaze, fire blast and fireball should be your main attack chain. Remember everyone has tactics and you do not so basically they can see you when you cant see them. Fire/em is a very easy build to play but very difficult to play well. Lots of judgement involved so just go out there and have fun and see what works. Hope my advice helped
