Let me know what you think:
Use:
PvP Alliance Battles
Put the freeze on and enemy then Maelstrom then degen them
The blind is just to desable melee enemies
The ice spear is just for some more damage
Of course running sup water with a water head piece, sup vigor and radiant and attunement runes.
Blood: 8
Water: 15 [11+4]
Energy Storage: 12 [11+1]
edit: the Glyph of Lesser Energy is slot 4

Honestly:
-sup runes are bad, drop it
-life transfer is a bad skill and a waste of elite, get something better like water trident
-seeing as you will now only have 1 blood magic skill putting 8 pts into it is a waste, get rid of them and swap life siphon for a different self heal

If you take some more snares, your teammates can do the killing.

Get rid of the blood magic, get shatterstone as an elite.
Switch deep freeze with ice spikes and ad a cover enchantment like aura of restoration or frigid armor and you should do fine in AB.

if u want to keep the same use for snaring and maelstrom people i would just use icy shackles and maelstrom. Replace life transfer for icy shackles and life siphon for vapor blade.
what I would use it something like this-
icy shackles
ice spear
maelstrom
frozen burst
blurred vision
frigid armor(ab there's a lot of burning)
glyph of lesser energy
water attunement
quit gw for good. end of story.
