Beating Glacian Griffon as Warrior

Does anyone have any good builds to do this? Preferably Warrior/Monk

sorry not to sure about wamma but the thing that seems to work pretty well is going ranger as your 2nd (or 1st) proff and using apply poison with a flatbow to hit and run, slow and steady but it gest the job done :)

i haven't found any way to beat this using warrior
don't think this can be done with warrior class

have done it with rit,ranger,necro,ele,and sin

only thing warrior class will have is higher AC and maybe you can sneek in a deadly ripost hit for some small degen

Just go Necro/rit and spirt spam the griffon to death may take a few tries.

It can be done with a warrior. I used a W/n build. Use Grenths balance on him. Here is the template that i used

Grenth's Balance has never gotten the respect it deserves, IMO it is one of the best elites out there.

only problem with that was he wanted to know how to beat griffin as a warrior, could go w/n or w/rt, but not both.

I'm sure there are faster ways out there than W/R and poisoning. But slow and steady wins the race, and that's what counts.

I tried this but I swaped the axe skills for sword sever,gash and silverwing slash.It didn't work for at all.I am still struggling with this as I tried W/Mo,/N/Rt,/R and finally /E with FS.

Cant quite remember exact build as to how i did it with e/r
went something like this: air interrupter/blinder a lot with dodge/evade. vanguard assassin to kill his spirits while he was away, serpents quickness for recharging attacks and sin mostly.

i ran around a lot crying for my mommie being chased by griffin while sin kept distracting him as to who to go after. once all the spirits died, i would send the sin after him.
took about 15 minutes, but was only in danger if i had to run near any still active spirits

perhaps w/r longbow and poison tip signet, toxisity and allot of patience.
As for how to do it on necro I used grenths balance mainly.

Bloodsong
Pain
Agony
Anguish
Summon Spirits.

Communing 12
Channeling Magic 12

High Energy Weapon Set, maybe Radiant Insignia's.

Dont move, cast spirits, lure griffon, hit summon spirits, hit painfull bond, hit Ursan. He is down is less then 10 seconds.
