| Favored Days in a week for Events. |

My guilds holding a poll, and i figured might aswell make one here actually.
We're wondering, what do ''Casual'' Guild Wars players prefer as days for events, speaking of: PvE Stuff, e.g FoW Runs, UW etc. and for example, in the PvP direction: Alliance Battles & Mild GvG's.
What do you feel for yourself are the best days in the week to do things, and do you have any preference to the actual time in the week.
Example: Wednesday chilling out doing a FoW run, but on Friday you like to start the weekend by bashing some skulls in Alliance Battles.
If possible aswell, please give a reason why you'd prefer it on a certain day. (not everyone is in the mood to do things on a Monday ;P)

well this is what i usually do:
TA when ever i can form a group with good players, any day (close to glad7)
GvG when even we got enough (great fun)
full DoA runs on friday nights (cash is always handy)
vanquishing usually on week days when there's no TA or GvG going on, early in the day always dual with a friend

That's a good poll. If I had favored any day of the week to do an event, I would answer. Well, I am answering now but I don't have a particular day that I AB. And I don't do any FOW runs or anything like that. I do play more during the weekdays than the weekends though; my reason for that is my dad is home on the weekends, and me being the daddy's girl that I am, I spend my weekends with him, actually, he comes to my house. And another reason, when the snow is on the ground, I am usually out on my snowmachine.
So there, couldn't really answer your poll the way it was intended for, but I answered it according to my play style :)

Well I'd like another double SS/LB weekend since I only need one title for KoaBD (3 prot and 1 explorer).
For the rest I don't really care. But stuff like double hero battle points.. I really don't give a sh*t about that =P

You misread the question, i didn't mean Anet Events, i meant what would you like if your guild/friendsgroup/clan had to decide on what days something should happen.
Im trying to get a *general* idea here of casual gamer activity during the complete week, and what they'd think are the ideal days of doing things, speaking of FoW/AB and the lot.
Kudos for the participation though.

The guy thats really good at PvP in my guild usually farms during the week (well his week anyways) Sunday-Thursday and PvP's during the weekend Friday and Saturday.He lives in Egypt so his Week is a little funky compared to mine ^^
So im thinking maybe PvE through the Week and PvP during the weekend would seem fair ^^

chestrunning basically.. and AB when im bored.
not doing any other PvE anymore .. got tired of all my characters, ugly armors, no cash, hate NF and don't want to get any char thrue.

And on what days do you prefer doing Chestruns and Alliance Battles? Or doesn't it really matter what day?

PvE from Monday to Friday (if their are holes in your party you can always pick up a few random people).
PvP during the weekend (because you have more chance that more people are online).
Could be wrong, but that's my case at least...

when im on GW im chestrunning.. well when I got keys, and thats 90% of the time, no matter what day. and when I haven't got any keys im AB ing :P

I can't say weekends are ever a good time. I don't work on weekends, however I try to hang out with friends those few days. Monday through Thursday, those are the best days for playing Guild Wars. After work and maybe for a few hours before I get bored and decide to do something else. As for events to do when I'm on Guild Wars...Farming in PvE for gold OR working on titles for a character. That's really about it.

Anytime my guild gets a GvG going we do it.
Nowadays I just go vanquishing or SS/LB or even sit in Kamadan/Guild Hall talking to people cuz im bored. I used to be an AB whore, but that got boring.
I would say all week I do vanquishing and just chill in the GH.

Well I don't really have a favorite time to do anything certain other than I just play after 8pm M-F for a hour or two after my twins go to sleep and then on and off during Saturday and Sunday.
I'm neither here nor there but everywhere. I am who I am and nothing more but yet I'm nothing less than what I strive to be.

in HUGS when we were building up the guild we used to do every wednesday evernings (I thnk it was wednesdays) helping people who needed help with missions capping skills etc... that was really good as it gave people a break from watch they were aiming to achieve to help their guild members and get to know each other better.

Thankies for all replies already, its great cause its easy now to set-up a general idea of what people like during those times, especially doing things like FoW/UW on a Wednesday seems a big hit, seems in the midweek people are most active, both in gaming as in mind.
And Monday appears to be an appealing day for PvP, to vent off that "Monday's" feel.
