Hi guys,
I have big problem with changing my password, i need help right here right now..
2 weeks ago i fight begun between me and 1 of my best friends. Where it is all about doenst matter but she wants to punish me for something i really dont know. AND NOW SHE IS TRYING TO DELETE ALL MY GW CHARACTERS!! or at least delete all armors!!
This afternoon i had error 007 after error 007. First i tought my internet was broke until i saw her coming on and offline :S!? She also got online to an account from an other best friend !!
Now im trying to change my password but when i try to do that it tells me to go to www.plaync.com ... well i used my uber speed to go to the website and i logged in on my plaync account to change my pass.
Now it tells me i dont have a link between Guild Wars and my PlayNC account.
My question is:
How can i add games to my PlayNC account ( i allready tried to ask help to the alliance but they really dont know )
I buyed all the 4 GW's in the store ( lot of them wer asking that )
PLZ HELP!

edit: I tried to insert all my Serial Keys but it keeps saying Invalid Key

I'd say send a Support Ticket to Anet, could also be possible you actually have 2 PlayNC accounts, one you made yourself without linking your account to, and another one you did (perhaps in accident), and forgot it.
Either way, best bet is to send a support ticket to Anet and have them reroll your account, i dont know how you'll explain the fact she knows your password though.

Best way that I see is this.
Go into the Guild Wars Online store and put a item into the basket. Then when you try to pay for the items it wants you to link your account to plaync. You do so. Instead of paying for the items you delete the items out of your basket and exit out of the store. It should be linked.
Though I have never had a problem changing my password even though both my accounts are linked to plaync. Though unless she knows your username and pass. I would not worry to much.
also you can inform plaync of the matter and if things happen "like all your characters gone" then you can inform them of the matter and plead for them to reset your account. Don't know if they will but good luck.

That's what I want to say first. As long as you're logged in, she can't do anything. I'm afraid there's nothing else to help with here =$ Never had to change my pass or had to use PlayNC.
I wish you a lot of luck with getting it fixed. Hope some ppl reply your answer!

If she logs in, then he will be logged out. Only thing he can do is relog in quickly to log her out before she can do anything.

i emailed ncsoft allready this afternoon, and the allready answert, they want more information about me so i just send it them.

First of all and i don't wanna be mean but you don't give your password to anyone. Second of all PlayNC has let me down way too much so i can't even change my password.
And third, do something to her computer that would make it stop working :D :D :D :D heh

This Will just piss her off more buy staying on all she needs to do is log on and poof your logged off then it is a race to see who is the fastes typer you are her kinda pointless Best bet is RESOLVE the prob with your friend.

Its finished :D!!!!
It was like Forumite said! I had an PlayNC account without knowing lol!. So send all my serial keys and information to NCsoft and they gave me back my Name and i changed my password...
and.. my gerbils are eating her head now ^^.. Almost finished :D?:P

Glad to know i was right, i heard of the case before, not the hacking stuff but simply of people being dumbstruck how their PlayNC account didn't work, many people actually when changing passwords & so make a fast account, which they dont actually remember clearly.
Good to see it solved, Good Luck with the aftermath.
