Some electrical attackpowers say that they
"draining some Endurancce and some of this Endurance may transfer back to you".
So...I 'm not big on doing the math part.
Is slotting an End Mod Enhancer worth sloting?
Will it make a difference for my endurancemanagement?
Does the "transfer back" part matter at all?
Does an End Mod Enh modify the end drained or the end retransfered, or both?
Now I want some statcracks start rambling about this.^^

There is a line of PvP thinking regarding the "Sapper" builds for Electrical Blasters (And Brutes). Don't rely on the "transfer back". It's not generally too noticable. However, the drain can be outstanding.
When things have no endurance and you can KEEP them with no endurance, they can't do much.

The big thing about End Drain, is it's really only useful if you completely drain the target's End. Partial means squat. Power like Short Circuit can do this, when paired with another power that does end drain (another Short Circuit), or something that enhances the secondary effect like Power Boost.
The big 3 combos heroside that can be effective at End Draining are Elec/Elec and Elec/EM blasters, and Kin/Elec defenders. All 3 have powers, when stacked, can neuter a foe's or foes' end bar.
As far as slotting goes, powers like Short Circuit, Power Sink, Transferrence all benefit from End Mod slotting. Attacks like Lightning Bolt or Ball Lightning won't get nearly as much benefit, as their base -rec is much lower.
My SS/Elec brute can drop the blue bar of an even level upto a +2 mob utilizing Power Sink, Lightning field, along with Ball Lightning.
But the key is all of their endurance. Some of it will get you nowhere. :)

On a Kin/Electric defender, dropping an End Mod in Transfusion won't hurt either, once you get up in the levels. 3 Heals, 2 Accs and 1 End Mod aren't a bad mix for it.

Okok...I know about the trick to drain a foe...
But does it do something good for my own endurancemanagement?
Just refering to the powers that "may transfer some endurance".

I have experience with Electric Blasters. There are several attacks, both ranged and melee, that are supposed to transfer some endurance back to you (as a secondary effect), but I have never really noticed that it was anything significant. That being said, I have never tried slotting my attacks with EndMod to see if the difference becomes more noticable. A quick check of Mids does show an increase in the endurance transfer when an EndMod is used, but I think any EndMod slotting will be much more effective in draining your foe than in building up your own blue bar. If you are worried about end usage, I think you will get much more mileage out of slotting EndRedux in the powers.
