Crotoa. Now I got experience here, alot more than I'd probably admit.
First question before we start down the optional 'how to spawn Jack and Eochai' road is:
Do you have a good team already? You'll want help.
But before I mention that, there are 4 'relative' spots that they 'randomly' spawn.
Eochai can be found in the lower left, or sough west corner of the map. There is a barn, and an area a bit further sough west that he spawns at. Eochai's throne, as most know it, big Fir Blog, flaming pumpkin head and all, can't miss him. Bit below the Green Line, if you look, can't miss it.
Jack in Irons spawns in two good spots. One is hard to get too if you hate woods. Its in the lower right, or south east, corner of the map. In the woods mind you, there is an exp badge, and is often referred to as Jack's throne. The second is further north. technically the upper right, or north east corner, its kinda in the middle of the map. There are alot of scaffoldings and random redcaps there, you'll see a big fat guy wandering around, can't miss him.
Now if you can't wait a few hours, there is a spawn trick to get both out. Its a bit time-consuming, but with 50s, barely a hassle. You'll want a big team of 35-40+ but preferably 50s to do this.
Furthest north, top part of the map, is a marker called the Grim Vale. Its specifically a valley above the water's edge that's it.
You clear that.
All the witches in the valley, don't fuss with the Redcaps, or what's on the hillsides, or too far into the woods, but you clear it. All around the monuments.
Keep it cleared for a while.
Its a random timer, kinda, but after that's been cleared for a while, a battle will start. You may want to wander into the woods anyway to respawn the witches, and to make sure you clear some of that, I'm really not too sure about how much, but If you keep at it, the waves will come, and the battle will start.
The battle is huge, almost epic.
Redcaps, Tutha, Fir Blog, Witches... you name it in Crotoa, its there.
There are two waves, the first needs to be wiped, and clear the valley to get the second.
The second has Jack in Irons and Eochai. Yep, both of them. (now I may be off, and it could be the third, but I believe its the second, been a week since I did this)
This fight is different then the others, not just 2 GMs, but they act differently.
First off, Eochai wants to kill Jack, and tries like mad to do it. If you interfere, even though Eocahi is an easier GM, it can be annoying. A good recommendation is to have a tank keep Eochai's attention.
Second, Jack wants to kill Eochai, and also tries like bad to do it. Same rule, but this is the difference: Jack loves fear here. He uses his fear charm a ridiculous amount compared to his 'usual' spawn.
So, go after Jack first, have a tank take Eochai for a spin, and be careful. Basic Rule here: stand behind the GM. Aim for 2 tanks, a couple team support(rads if you can), and some damage, and its good. But just be careful, they are GMs after all. Oh, and have fun.

Also, depending on the server you're on, there might be a badge/TF/GM watch channel you can join. For Triumph, we have Triumph Watch, and folks are pretty good about putting word out for things of this nature on there.

As best I know, there are several GMs that can be forced-spawned like this. The only other I'm sure of is Kracken in Perez, and another iffy is Jurrasic in Crey's Folly.
Kracken should be able to be spawned by cleaning out the muck in the lakes of Perez. I don't think I need to clarify that much, its kinda hard to miss all the goo down there. But, I've never actually tried this theory.
Jurrasic should be spawnable by harrasin the Devouring Earth in Crey's, but I'm not too sure. Again, never actully tried it.
But Crotoa, yeah, they should give badges for beating up those guys so much.
There are other GMs, and similar forced tactics, but I'm not too sure, still tryin to weed them out. But anyway, thanks, its kinda general knowledge in Champion's community, most anyone knows it. Well, most anyone I know on the BMT channel...
