| PVE blaster looking for some advice and builds |

[font=Impact] so here is my problem i have never made a blaster before until my last fire/nrg and just wanted some builds for pve ive picked my sets its ice/ice
posts are greatly aperriciated ^^

Boy is that hard to read. Might want to do something about that.
I wish I could offer you some advice, but blasters aren't really my thing. If you need advice for Storm anything, let me know.

Okay, I'm going to guess your saying your new at blasters, tried a fire/energy but have chosen to do an ice/ice blaster, and would like a PvE based build for it.

Its a heavy damage single target lockdown blaster, ice storm and blizzard are situational uses, but you should be able to hold most anything late game. The addition of Leaderships are to benifit you and your team's accuracy and damage output. The sleeper ascpect comes form Flash Freeze and Frozen Aura. The combination, opening with Flash Freeze, then spamming Frozen Aura allows you to deal with a single held target at a time solo, though may not be as useful in a team. Frozen Aura for a blaster deals no damage, but the sleep component is capible of stacking and permanently holding a group until they receive damage and wakes up. Its a tricky, but fun combination that leaves a fairly safe solo alternative.
Big Chill is a conscranker: he conrols a mob so they do nothing, scraps a target till they can't stand, and tanks what's left till the job's done.

So you're new to the blaster AT ey? Well, allow me to say one thing about Ice blasters: If you are used to controllers, then this is a great transition. However if you just wana blow enemies all to hell maybe consider another set like Fire or Assault Rifle. Just my opinion
But like I kinda said above, Ice/Ice is very controller-like. Holds, Slows and whatever you wanna call Ice Slick. The build would be very control heavy with some okay damage thrown in there. It's not necesarily as powerful as the other blaster sets but it would be far from useless or weak. It could be fun I suppose

yeah both builds look good but imho (just me) i like hover more for a blaster.
I'm not a altoholic...no really i only have 1000+ toons...thats not..really...never mind.
