I have a Rad/Rad COR and was wondering what would be the best options for power pools.

well i have a corrupter currently 23ish. personally i am getting the leadership pool and the stealth pool(concealment pool??). (he is team based). since my secondary is kinetics and i do not get a rez power i was also thing the medicine pool for that rez. really its up to your play still and purpose of the build.
