| What do I need to upgrade or adjust? |

Aparently I need to make a machine upgrade. Everytime I change zones or enter a mish, I have enough time to make a sándwich, get a soda, and even call a couple of friends. This is annoying in it’s self. Now, when I team it becomes untollerable. I basically have to play catchup with the team on every mish.
I am not sure if it’s a ISP problem, or a machine problem or just a problem with the part that manipulates the keypad.
Till I get a new machine, what can I adjust in the settings?
When I get the new machine, what should I look for?

It would help us all greatly to know the type of system you are currently running, like how much RAM, video card, and so forth. I have "some" knowledge, but there are many others here that can really help you out in this department.

Offhand, it sounds like either a slow connection speed or the speed of your machine. But like Deadman said, it would help to know more about what you're running as well as the type of connection you're using. I don't know a great deal about it all, but there are many on here who know a lot more. We just need more info.

1)A 6 mbps (mega bits per second) or higher connect will help.
2)Adding more RAM will help loading times for sure. <1.5 gigs on winxp @ least 2.5 on Vista>.
3) Adding a better video card w/256 vram or higher helps alot too.
Dual CPU's help ALOT! w/the ram and video it stacks great!
If you have a router open these ports, and point them to your game system.

All the above are TCP port types.
Also I have read that opening 7000-7100 in udp ports will help w/access also.
Just my 2 cents. All the above is thru exp with COH for 3+ years of hardware.
