Greetings hero! Are you interested in joining an active supergroup full of friendly and helpful people? Then consider joining LEGION OF VALOR.

The Legion is a great group of heroes on the Victory server. With over 100 active members, there are almost always teammates online. We host scheduled events on a regular basis (usually several each week), frequently team for missions, chat in our SG channel and in TeamSpeak. Members aren’t here just to say they’re in a supergroup. They are expected to participate with other group members, remain active in game and log in to our web site regularly to check news and upcoming events.

If you’re looking for a supergroup to join that’s very active or are tired of being in a group that never does anything, please consider Legion of Valor. Our busy forums contain over 9800 posts so far and we’ve held over 142 scheduled events, and that doesn’t include the many short notice Task Forces, Trials, missions, etc. Feel free to look over the Visitors Center on our web site to learn more about us or contact one of the officers online. We require new members to be at least level 10 and we’re always looking for friendly, sociable people. The Legion has two main goals- to be active and to have a good time. You should be level 10 before applying. Once accepted, the probationary period begins. We just have a trial period to ensure that new members are active and friendly before allowing anyone to stick around for the long haul. ;-)

As a new member to Legion of Valour, I can tell you that THIS is the supergroup you want to be in. I have been a member of 2 other groups, a leader of one as well. Cosmic Titan is a dedicated leader and has a fantastic crew to help him out.

Very impressive! Great web-site, lots of technology, well organized and a lot of great people willing to help.

I Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to excel at this game!

With more than 100 active members, there is almost always a Legionnaire in the game. Yes, even in the wee hours of the morning (I've been one of those bleary-eyed gamers more than a few times).

We usually have 20-30 people in the game every night during prime playing hours and many others who play during the day.

It's great to be able to get a helping hand when you need one and to have people to group with.

This supergroup is awesome!

I only joined about three weeks ago, but it's already made a huge difference. The people are friendly, the teamspeak server is active (and features some quite interesting conversations!), and the website is extremely well-organized and offers tons of perks to its members - guild badges, member of the month, character screenshots, etc.

It's clear that the leaders are really into the guild, and they work to make sure everyone has a good time. I highly, HIGHLY recommend LoV!

Legion of Valor has one primary mission, and that is to provide a helpful, active, and fun atmosphere for our players. We are nearing 140 active members, and with that kind of membership there are always people on for task-forces, missions, hunting, or just hanging out and shooting the breeze. We are highly organized and this structure breeds a real sense of community. We average 7-10 scheduled events per week including task forces, missions, and even a little role-playing. If you are looking for this type of supergroup, then the Legion of Valor is for you.

Many changes will be coming in the next few months. Bases, PvP, prestige, new zones… Supergroups are going to become more important than they are today. If you’ve been thinking about getting into a well organized and active SG, now is the time. The Legion of Valor is just such a group.

We currently have 140 members, so there is always someone online to team with, chat with and call on when you need help. We run several scheduled activities every week; 313 since we started counting in August of last year. Our forums are buzzing with news, information and good natured fun from you SG mates. As of today, there are over 20,000 posts.

The Legion of Valor is a great SG. We expect our members to be active and considerate of other players. We do our best to support each other. We’ve already established a villain group for those who will also be playing CoV and we’re gearing up for the changes that will be coming.

Falling from the sky at nearly mach speed to thwart a purse nabbing.

Jumping onto a building almost 30 stories tall to stop a gang from firebombing it.

Legion of Valor is an amazing supergroup. We truly believe we are the best in the game. This isn’t because of the 340 events our members have hosted since we started keeping track of such things. It isn’t because we’ve been around since May 2004. It isn’t even because we run our own private Teamspeak server for our members. The reason Legion of Valor is so great is the dedication of our 140 members.

I have been a member of LoV for 10 months and will remain so until I leave the game, which won’t be any time soon. With so many dedicated members, many of them running up lower level alts, finding a team is never a problem—no matter what level character you’re playing.

With the release of CoV, supergroups will become increasingly important. From SG only missions for Items of Power, to the construction and maintenance of a fantastic base, players will have to rely on their supergroup. Legion of Valor is already taking measures to ensure that our status as the premier supergroup remains intact.

The first super group I joined was a disappointment. They had low membership, and very few times was there anyone but me online. I went in search of a new SG. I found Legion of Valor and I have never looked back, and I can’t be happier.

Not only is there rarely a time when I can’t form a team with Legion of Valor, most of the time I can talk to them as well. Teamspeak adds a whole new dimension to playing City of Heroes and City of Villains.

The Legion wants YOU!

We have hero and villain groups and a pool of well over 100 active members. We have quite likely the largest bases in CoV and CoH and are getting ready to start taking items of power (once they're patched into the live game).

We're not a purely pvp group though. We have events happening all the time: task forces and strike forces, badge hunts, AV battles, you name it.

If you're looking for an active group of nice people to hang out with, you've found it!

Just wanted to give this a bump and help my fellow SG mates with this shout-out.
When I first started this game 7-8 months ago, I went thru the normal pick-up group fun :rolleyes: after awhile I said, it was time to find a active SG and boy did I strike gold with the Legion.
The legion has 120+ members and usually at any time of the day there at least 10-20 people on for you to find groups with who will SK you and even Exempt.
With are dedicated Teamspeak server you can pop on and get to know everybody even better. As you beat the heck out off people and we have some pretty funny people on there that makes your time playing all the more enjoyable.
So if your looking for a SG that is active with events to do those TF trials so you don't have to say " LVL -- LFG !!!"
Well look no further you've found a home. :)

If you’re looking for an active and heroic group, then Legion of Valor is perfect for you. With 100+ members and scheduled events happening several times a week, there is always something for you to do. LoV has the best of the best when it comes to heroes. But behind the good deeds are the friendliest people you will meet. If you need a hand with something, they are there. If you need a little spare cash, they are there. Teamspeak is a great way to get to know people, and learn more than just the character they are playing.
I joined Legion of Valor a little over 6 months ago. I joined because my brother played on victory (I played on guardian) and he had joined LoV. I got to see how amazing the members were and I wanted to be a part of it. Now that I am in LoV I have had a great time and have met many wonderful people. If you join Legion of Valor, it will be something that you will never regret, even if you have to switch servers like I did. The events are fun to join in on and teaming with fellow SG members is awesome, especially if you get to know them through teamspeak. If you join Legion of Valor, you will never have to rely on getting a pick-up team. Leave the pick-up team behind and team with the members of the Legion of Valor.

Tired of shuffling between small and average Villain Group (VG)? Look no further on the Victory server. Fallen Legion is a proven Villain Group. Fallen Legion knows what it takes to run a successful VG. Their sister group is the Legion of Valor (very well respected Super Group on the Victory server).

These members know how to run events. We do Task Force missions, Trial Missions, Role Playing missions, Badge hunt mission and anything else we want.
Organization is the key to any group. The VG has a well thought out member structures. Our VG is putting together the biggest and meanest base around.

The members are always friendly and love to help out other members in need.

If you are a big Player vs Player (PvP) person we have members that just love to mix it up. We have some of the best PvP members in the game.

Hello, heroes!

Let me introduce myself -- I am Stained Glass Scarlet, the new Recruiting Officer for the Legion of Valor (or LoV, as we familiarly refer to it).

I'll be periodically updating this thread with some news regarding our SG and what's going on or has recently taken place, to let everyone get an idea of the kind of things we commonly have going on and such. :-)

The big news in CoX recently is, of course, the release of Issue 7, with all the new villain content and, for CoH, the new high-level PvP zone Recluse's Victory.

The minute Victory Server came online on the day of release, a large group of LoVers banded together, created a few teams, and eagerly invaded Recluse's Victory to see just what it had in store.

After quite a bit of mayhem and a few hours, many of us involved in the rotating teams sported new badges for capturing Heavies and Pillboxes and for defeating signature villains, as well as influence, prestige (and some debt, inescapably) and a whole lot of good times.

Since then, many of our members have continued to enjoy the new zone and content (as well as the new PvP opportunities the area provides), and it just happens that the Legion has decided to sponsor a Victory Server-wide event in Recluse's Victory on Sunday, June 18th at 3 PM Eastern (noon Pacific). Come one, come all (heroes and villains alike, regardless of affiliation), and let's all enjoy some PvP and AV/Hero bashing.

Back when I actually played on victory, I applied to join, but was denied because I was 3 years too young :( But, I did get to team with a bunch of LoVers, and theyre a great bunch.
