Ok I Gave My Stuff To A Alliance Leader To Add A Key He Logged In And I Reset All My Passwords ,, But I Cannot Log Into My Msn .. I Have Msn Live. it says it dosnt exist On Msn Live So What Do I Do Im Puzzled?

I dont quite understand, did you give him your password?
And if you use your MSN adress and same password for your GW account, he might have done something to it.

So, you gave him your passwords is that what you mean? If you did that is seriously a very bad idea (unless you know the persin in real life so that you can go beat them, but even then it's breaking the rules for account sharing) Sort of need more info on the situation. Btw what's with the weird caps o_O

It's just like a login name, doesn't have to be active. Sorry, can you explain a bit more, are your passwords the same for both GWs and MSN? And did you give him your passwords or did he somehow take them?

So you know him in real life? And it shouldn't matter that the account is inactive you should still be able to sue it as a log in. And I'm not trying to be rude about the caps thing, its just kinda straining on the eyes when you read it.

So you mean you've reset your password but can't access the Email to retrieve it? If that's the case then I think you'll have to have the account transferred to a new email (it sometimes takes like a week to do it if you cannot access the old email account to confirm it)

ok, so basically...
you gave your alliance leader your account info. but you changed your password after. so your gw account is safe and sound... now thats out the way, your question is basically over msn.
You use the same password for both i imagine. But you think because you gave your alliance leader your old password, which is the same as your msn password, he has logged into your msn and changed that password.
if that is the case, then i dont know... i have had it before when its done that to me, just restart your comp and try again. its probably msn, not you. And your account probably isnt de-activated. if the problem persists i'm sure there is msn support somewhere.

He said he doesn't, I think the problem is the password has been reset (therefore has been sent to the email address of the account) but he cannot access it as he doesn't have the password / it has been changed.

When you log on click edit account on the character select screen, there should be a change account email address option. If you no longer have access to the old email it is linked to (as is in your case) then it can take a while to confirm ( a week or two when I had to do it)

Your going to have to explain a bit more on what you have access to, is it just your guildwars account, your new msn, your old msn that your guildwars account is linked to or a combination that you can't access

Lol this topic is getting more and more wierd if you ask me.
I'm sorry, but I'm not even going to try and help you if you keep giving these vague answers. It would be really helpfull if you just put in something like this:
- I can't log in to GW
- I don't know why
- My MSN doesn't want to log in either
- Etc.

Ok Andy, can you confirm what I am thinking is correct:
You have three things to deal with:
Your Guildwars account logon.
Your personal Msn account.
Your Msn which your guildwars account is linked to.
Am I correct? And can you list which of these you are having problems accessing please.

It tooks me a while to read the capped letters.... idk why it just hurt me eyes xD
I'm guessing his friend logged onto his MSN, said crap and got reported to Windows who banned his email or somthing or his friend canceled his account?
Try going to hotmail.com and logging in using your info?

Don't worry your not the only one xD
But ok, you have 3 problems to deal with. First of all you need to get in contact with MSN to get your old MSN accounts password reset (the one linked to guildwars). You should be able to do this by clicking the "I forgot my password" button when you try to log in.
Once you have tried that then you should be able to access the MSN account and retrieve the reset guild wars password, enabling you access guildwars again. If you can't get your MSN fixed then I'd suggest contacting Anet support, tell the situation ( you can't log on to your MSN account or your guild wars account) and then take ti from there.

If your old account was msn or hotmail it will probably have been deactivated. (it happends automatically when you don't login for 30 days)
so basically you need to reactivate the msn/hotmail account again. And ask gw angain to resend you the pw :o
if this is not the case than I don't understand you at all.
and if you cant activate the same or reactivate the msn account you can say bye bye to gw prob :/ or you have to convince support that the account is yours.

Convincing them isn't an issue, you should quite easily be able to prove it's yours as long as you still ahve the access keys + a few old passwords that have been used on the account.

Guild Wars support
That page should help redirect you to the right Nc Soft support page. There should be a list of "frequently asked questions" with information on how to contact support. You have to create another Ncsoft account with them in order for them to help you.

Why didn'y you do it yourself? Anyway yeah don't tell NCsoft you told someone your password, or you'll just be given a lecture etc.ut explain you can't access the accounts.
