hello:
i am writting the latter to all guild wars players for i am quitting guild wars not because that i dont like the game, i have been playing guild wars for 2 years, last week i got suspended for 62 hours for no reason, then right after that i got banned forever. they will not give me no reason for it unless i give them my cd keys which i added to my account already and i did not keep them.
i am not trying to say if they are bad or anything just learn my lesson and keep all of your cd keys for the game, if they happens to ban you for no reason then you can at least give them one less reason to say that they will not give you a reason for why are you banned.
here are my screen for all the online support and screens that shows all that you see, those ppl who trade with me in the last few years knows what kind of a person that i am like, trusted me on only one thing you pay for the game and they did tell me on the phone that they CAN and DO have the power to ban you if they like and did not have to give you ANY reason at all for it.
i swear to god on my family's life that all that i am saying here is not a LIE!
i will take this matter to court and will get my rights back, all those ppl talks about human rights everyday and can you believe that this happens?

If they asked for your Serials and you threw them away, in emergencies like this you basicly threw away all your money spent on the game.
Simply saying, it is very possible that your account has gotten hacked, you downloaded music, a program, entered a wrong website and a keylogger got into your system, bang, password gone.
They ask your serials for confirmation its actually you, and not somebody else, see them as an insurance, receipts, things like that you shouldn't just throw away.
Dont blame the game, blame yourself, sorry to hear, but Anet follows rules themselves, and if you threw away that which you can prove it was your account, its not their fault.
EDIT:
I bothered to look at the screenshots, the way you dealt with these people is entirely wrong, no wonder they give you no information whatsoever, your accusing them of all kinds of wrong things, in the least sense you could've just explained you have on idea what went on, and wait for a reply, and they might've said you got hacked or something.
If your pissed about it, tell something that isn't out of the obvious, but venting on the people supposed to help you isn't making them happy either, go figure.

XD, this is awsome!
you should also note that its not wise to post all your home information etc.
but man, that bit about paying the damages for missing the weekend, that cracked me up. i really would love to see more responses for this and where it leads too.
although, as much as it seems frustrating for you, the support guy looks like he's generally trying to help you here, so dont bust his balls so much. let him help you instead of threating to sue him every 2 seconds.

Ok, I will quote the front of the Access Key Card.

I didn't feel taking and uploading a pic of it, but you will see it if you just read the outside of the card.
Threatening to sue support is also about the stupidest thing I have seen. There is nothing to sue them for, you are just digging a deeper hole for yourself.

Oh crap. All I have it my eotn and factions keys! I lost my fricken proph key! Uh so if I ever have an issue like this is my eotn or factions key enough?

NO i was trying to get my password back ror my PLaync Master account and i had Factions Nightfall and i had Eotn and they didnt tell me my password. :-(

Ouch! Never throw away License keys folks.
That includes the OP who'd be fined for wasting the court's time if it'd come to trial in the Netherlands (it wouldn't. No lawyer would take it) but as ArenaNet's contract with us (the EULA) has a Judicial choice for Californian law, the OP will have to journey States-side to file a civic case there, which will be eaten for breakfast by NCSoft's lawyers who took on Marvel's and won.
As he seems to be Korean (going by the Browser shortcuts), should he win the $500,- in damages for missing a weekend, assuming the judge is very, very nice and NCSOft's lawyers all come down with the flu, it probably won't cover travel costs. Please take it to court though. Judges need a good laugh every now and then.

Don't panic just yet. If you still have the codes for the add ons, you have a case (with PlayNC support) if you can provide those keys along with some inside details on your account). NCSoft emplyees really aren't too bad if you treat them courteously, read their responses and are generally cooperative. So everything the OP did not do.

Well i'll tell you i keep everything i get, i may have never saved one or 2 keys that were sent to my email after buying a character slot, but i have every key i ever received in a safe place. Also good luck to you.
