Well, I finally got into Karahzan. :-p I was chosen as an alternate after a fellow guildmate had to drop. I was brought in just before Moroes. It took one wipe to get used to everything, how the guild did the raid and get used to the voices (vent) etc.
Although I would have relished the chance of getting in from the start, I was not going to complain. I got to see the instance and learned some pointers on raiding.
We struggled a little bit with The Maiden of Virtue, but it was well worth it. She dropped 2 priest items. The other priest in the raid won the need roll for the Shard of Virtue. Well enough for me since I was deemed to have a "more than adequate" healing.
But I got my very 1st Kara drop and decided to immortalize it! :-p
And, yes I enchanted it with the Stamina bonus instead of the healing one. I figured I had enough healing and needed to make my toon a little more durable and such. besides I will need it for the latter parts of Kara.

a big congratz to you!! maiden is a bit*h and she takes really good healers and cleansers to defeat, good job.

Gratz on your Kara run!! I haven't been in there yet. I haven't gotten BC, and my highest toon is 54. =D
Also, make sure you be careful with the language. I don't mind spelling it weird or just plain bleep!ing it, but not directly. =]]]

Grats on your first drop! Those are some nice wrists... Has you will keep on raiding and such i can bet you all your stats and stams enchant will all changed for MP5 and bonus healing!!! I switch my gear around and i go from 1700 and 1900 bonus healing and i see the difference every time lol

Gahhh, along with the Whitemend patterns, they seem to avoid dropping whenever I am around. :-o
At least I got the Major Spellpower and the Major Intellect enchants for weapons already :-)
The rest remain on my....."wanted" list. ^.^
Since I am one of the "newly minted" kara players in our guild...I thought you guys might enjoy a pic that was shared with me....
