What's the Hero IO that allows you to see past just about all stealth/invis/etc...? I believe I read about someone (a tanker I believe) being able to see stalkers in RV. Also, I was going head to head with a Tanker in the arena and he had absolutely no problem spotting my blaster with regular invisibility.

I believe its a +perception IO from one of the To Hit Buff set Rectified Reticle. It adds 20% increase to perception.

Also, I'm not sure if they've been able to fix it yet, but I've heard of a bug where that IO prevents someone from leveling properly. . .
Edit: actually, reading previous patch notes, they have fixed that issue. Silly me. :D
