I just found out about Mids build program and it is SWEET! Escpecially uptodate stuff. I tinkered around w/ Con + Def + Bla which would be my top Heroes. If you look at the pic provided, w/ A LOT of Invention Sets (if allowable, don't know) you can get back Perma-Hasten and Perma-Accelerate Metabolism. In theory would work well w/ hold / heals being fast recharge. Full slots I got up to 200% recharge (red boxes), and stopped before I started to obsess over it. Well, I'm waiting for the "Rebate Tax Check" thing to get a vid card and CoX again. Though I will be here on the boards getting to know peeps. :)

although the build does have perma hasten, the powers chosen do not look to good in a grav/rad. no grav distortion field? no mutation? jump kick? and the worst of all
NO RADIATION INFECTION!?!??!?! THATS CRAAAZZZY!!!
