I got a Req 9 Gold Gothic Sword from z-chest a few days back, wondering what it'd be worth, i have the mods on hand to do any of the following
20/20/Furious 10%/Zealous 1/1/ Vamp 3/1
15^50/15^stance/15^ench
+30/Enchanting
I can also caster mod it

If the stats are 15^50 20/20 30HP or perfect caster modded, try 70k

You could sell the sword by itself for 60k-70k and you can sell the mods by themselves for around 25-35k. So don' mod the sword because that would be a waste.

skin agreed, worth about 60k (its not wanted that much these days btw!! not much at the market, so your s/b shoud be 60k. This S/B could be lowered if noone offers it.)
20/20 = 5k
furious =3k
zealous price unknown, get what people offer you for it
vamp same as zealous
15^50 =1-2k
15^stance = <1k
15^enchant = 1kish
+30 =5k
enchanting 20% = 5k
(assuming you can caster mod it you have a +5 too (=1k these days)
total about 83.5k (if my maths dont suck too much today)

Sorry to steal your thread but Ive had a req 8 Gothic Sword for ages - 20/20 20% enchants and 14^50 (inherent- pre inions) worth anything ? its a lovely caster sword used to use it alot on my monk :)

Maybe if you get a collector of req8's you can get 30-40k. If it were perfect I think it might be worth a lot more but people are picky these days...
