Forumite and Hacking, lol @ your remarks... yea, they've multiplied a lot and they always seem to congregate on the busiest street in town...
S'toon has about 250,000 people living in a town who's road system was designed for a capacity of 150,000... so, when things like this happens it pretty much shuts any possibility of getting around town.
this usually happens about 10-12 times per year. lol, when ever something good happens with our sports teams or when there's car shows, so about 16 days out of the year this street's basically shut down.
i swear booze is not a factor in any of this... LOL!
glad you guys liked it, there is no cure btw, as you can tell by the cops chasing that guy, the village idiots are relatively fast on their feet and hard to catch. ;)
the guy that hit the wall in original village idiots was never caught either. lol, he lives in the next province over now.
so, i guess you could say a normal person would be a 'God Amongst Mere Men' when compared to this. hah, it's why i live here ;)

wow my goodness this is embarassing to watch! Saskatoon in its' fine form. ;P I wonder if pestisides would even work on these crazy pple. It was a cold winter day in saskatchewan and pple were outside freezing their butts, causing caos in the streets, and disturbing the peace. LOL such a small town with a huge amount of attitude!
