does any1 know when patch 12 will roll around? i haven't seen any dates and I'm currently unable to get on cov so i wasn't sure..thanks :)

This will prolly hit the test servers in the next few weeks so, after it does, it wont take long (Few weeks) to hit The live servers!

Midnight is right.
We probably won't see this Issue go Live for a month or two. The more time it is on the Test Server the more bugs they can work out. When they are getting close to being done on the Test Server they will release a "pre-download" when you exit the game.
